Now the big question: which of the nominations weren't counted? Because
the numbers don't add up so that some must have been ignored...

... anyway, my vote goes for Kaito-Kid#45, because all others I like are
already leading

Erm, that's Kira Yamato from Gundam Seed.
His character designer has a very unique style of drawing. (They all look the same.)

Yes, things are still pretty tight. Unlike the last two contest, there's no clear leader here.
