Chapter 25 is out and... Uhm. Yeah, there's a military helicopter loitering around the city looking for survivors. Except given how the soldier reacts, I assume that the girls revealing themselves to the searchers isn't a good thing.

Anyone familiar with the Left 4 Dead: The Passing comics should know why.

It looked like the helicopter pilot was infected to me. Like tried to give himself the serum but his arm wouldn't stop convulsing.

I had actually completely forgotten about this manga, but to hear that it is getting a anime brings a big smile to my face!

I will have to catch back up in the manga now I suppose xD.

Yeah, I'm worried about Kurumi, I'd say even more than about the whole helicopter situation. Don't wanna see her in pain and agony again, that was more than enough.

Which implies stupidity to the umpteenth degree, as it implies the military itself doesn't have the supplies to combat the cause of the outbreak, and is forced to raid caches, which have a limited amount assigned to them to begin with. Remember the notes they read? Each cache has something like only 5 doses of the serum.

Seriously reminded of both the idiots in 28 Weeks Later, and Left 4 Dead. However with the need of regular treatment to keep the infection at bay, it also reminds me of Dead Rising.

It was supposed to be over! There was supposed to be healing? Why isn't it over? Why has the hope gone away?

I have a sneaking suspicion that the last one was supposed to be the final chapter, but with the approval of the anime, the author decided or was encouraged to keep going.

I am surprised noone ever opened that emergency response manual before all this stuff happens. There is bound to be always an "idiot/someone who defies orders" somewhere .

It was pretty nice that the four of them went down to the storeroom this time, since we wouldn't want the same incident happening again. Lol at their faces when they found all that food rations in the fridge. Seems like the chapter ended on a good note now that the girls found more food. I wonder what Kurumi saw behind that door?
