Just saw the official website of this upcoming series and it looks interesting, however there's nothing much on it. Judging from the pictures on the official site, it seems like some shoujo-ai anime with shinto fantasy background or something... but when I tried to search around for more info about it, I found it on animenfo categorized as mecha and sci-fi? Also it seems there's very little info about it currently available. Wonder if anyone here have more info about this series? or have read the manga?

It has shoujo ai definitely,i heard it from other forum

I wanted to watch this anime so much!!! Aren't they going to fansub it?

Yamato no Orochi riding a robot?!?!? Okay. I'm sold. I can only hope that it is really using the myths and not just the names. I've been cheated too often by anime that only used the names out of myths.

Wow, this show just gets whackier and whackier ^^;
Now the next thing you know the two Miko will be named Amateras and Tsukiyomi ^^;

Kurusugawa Himeko and Himemiya Chikane for the miko's name, but they're miko of sun and moon tho', so might be the same thing

un, waiting for this one also, hope it'll be as much shoujo-ai romance as YamiBou or even more

Hmm... very interesting title... not to mention one of my most favourite seiyuu is part of the show. Kawasumi Ayako...

A girl that look like Shiki's sister in Tsukihime really look very promising.... i like the hero hair ^^

well, anyone else watched the 2:40 trailer of this series in Animage October 2004 DVD (at around 8:10-10:50)? I find the character designs and animation quite nice. The animation reminds me of UFO Princess Valkyrie while the characters reminds me of... well.. some "traditional shoujo-ai animes"

Well, I watched the loqual trailer on www.animate.tv and I don't know if I can take this seriously when they have a giant mecha and Orochi wrestling ^^; I'll give it a few episodes before making a final decision though. It could be good... maybe... hopefully...

don't worry, there ARE super robots and robot monsters for sure... it's just that I like to take screenshots of the girls more

Hmm... it's super robot, but I think it's not the same kind of super robot as in most super robot shows... the mech designer is the same guy who has done the mech design for Blue Seed, the mech animator is the animator for Tenchi Muyo GXP... From the trailer I think it's super robot (punch, kick, strange powers), not real robot (rifles, missiles, conventional weapons)

Ah, first ep is nice, but not new to me after all, since I've seen the preview off Animage DVD. I'm sure it'll be fansubbed too, great first ep in my opinion. But, saw Geneon's name up front and early, and I thought with practically everything else I've seen with Geneon's name anywhere in the ep, that Geneon license's this thing in a few. But, I want to know what you all thought about ep 01.
