The latest update I have is from the UK release that was going to use the same masters and got delayed when the issue was found. They now plan to release on May 31st with the corrected release so I take it they either received or are about to receive new masters but I haven't seen any news about the RightStuf situation. My guess would be that sometime this month they'll say something about it as well.

A bit disappointed that they can't make the wings spread open. It kinda defeats the purpose of having Freedom Gundam. They should've gone with these Chinese Gundams instead:

New 5 projects fro the Gundam Seed franchise announced under the name of "GUNDAM SEED PROJECT ignited". The projects are:

- A movie produced by Fukuda Mitsuo.
- An event related to the real scale Freedom Gundam in Shanghai.
- The opening of the Gundam docks in Shanghai.
- A new game of the Gundam Seed series.
- A new manga called Gundam Seed Eclipse, that will start on July.

I really dig the look of the Eclipse Gundam, especially the MA form. Someone pointed out that it looks like the Asurada from GPX Cyber Formula which Fukuda also directed.

And eclipse gundam has green beam/solid saber...isn't CE's saber mostly pink or yellow (Aegis)??

Not really. Just recently we got MG Gundam Mk-V debuting as a Gunpla and years before it there was MG Wing Gundam ver. Ka/EW. And don't forget MG Zeta Plus A1 Amuro/Test Type.

If you count non-Gundams, there are even more that debuted as MGs first.

I will be looking forward to this movie more than Hathaway's Flash. Even more hyped than when Trailblazer was announced.
Waited too long for this no matter how awful Destiny ended in (SEED was great).

They wouldn't reuse stock footage from the TV series (that's over 15 years old) for this, would they? ...yeah, I could totally see them doing that.

So its still going ahead after all these years. Wonder how many more weapons they'll give to the Freedom this time.

I can still remember how they reused Freedom's scene for Strike Freedom scene when it was broadcasted.

I wonder if Kira would get a new MS which is superior than Strike Freedom now.
