aparently celcious nailed it!......I searched on wiki, google and youtube and I found some vids.... as bigdave said..... it's an online game ......... too bad for me.... I thought it was an anime series

I got the picture from the banner of a different site and just looking at the picture I thought this could be a nice anime.

The art style looks like Yuu Watase, but I'm not 100% sure which series. I'm thinking Ayashi no Ceres, but it could also be Imadoki or Zettai Kareshi. It's definitely not Fushigi Yuugi, but if you like the style, you might want to check that one out, too.

does any1 remembers the name of the anime which is like detective konan but it is about a teenage who solve crimes through out his journey? the anime is quite old from now.

It's only about as old as Detective Conan, but perhaps... Kindaichi Shounen no Jikenbo?
