Damn it.. why is she alive?!
It was so funny that a new character 'died' so quickly and it added quite a lot of tension too, that the series lacked.
So the first clash with the real monsters ended without anything happening. (not counting the sister as the connection prevented the death outdcome)

Don't need a harem in this <.<;

Yeah, Claire's acting the whole chapter made me wonder if she gonna become a Yandere when confronted by other girls who enter Shu's fursuit. Especially since Catgirl and he had quite a chemistry going and she died inside his body AND came back to life inside his body, that is quite something for a newly started relationship.

Am I the only one who felt that it would have been better for the manga if she died? Oo;
If we start with resurrection this early in a live/die manga.. with an uninvested girl... how will we have any tension from now on?

I'm not sure if this was really resurrection. I mean, we all saw her die, squashed into a little bloody mess. That was real. So either our MC got an imba ability he didn't knew about yet, that girl has "9 lives" like a cat but didn't knew it yet because she hasn't died so far or this is something weird, like the MC transformed into the dead girl himself, aka he and she morphed together.

It would be worse if she died since they won't be able to be a part of that group

The group is well aware that deaths are possible. That's why they are a group to begin with.
Also she would have died because she dropped her wallet, not because they went there. It was told to us that not going would have meant certain death for this girl.

I read the first few chapters awhile ago, sitting on my list to continue reading at some point.

Founds it a little strange, but seems like the pair could be interesting. Even if shes just been bulling him so far. Going to have to catch up.
