That being said, though, it seems like Hades wants to kill not only Ise but all Longinus possessors and even Cross Times Kiss' people and Ajuka. The former two makes sense, I guess, since Longinus possessors encountering each other and other people with power, especially Ise, has been causing irregularities, but why does he want to kill Ajuka? [Kanzaki is also an irregular existence since he's from a group that should've been erased, plus he's wielding the power of two Longinus without actually being their rightful possessor, so considering him a threat also makes sense.]
EX just showed he has a fully dragonified form that makes him look like Great Red and measures 100 meters in length. You can say that he's become a Dragon God already by then, though, since having that form should mean he can handle Ophis' power in its entirety, even when using the True DxD G mode. As Vali said in Volume 21, to be able to handle that power, he has to become a god. Well, actually, maybe what's happening to him now and also awakening Great Red's power will do it. Ajuka did say he has to awaken Great Red's power (and also has to wait for Ophis and Lilith to resonate) before he can use the True DxD G mode without problems.
I think we better hold our horses on Ise becoming a Dragon God. We only know he can transform into a huge dragon. Any other info isn't given, lets not make assumptions into facts now fellows.

But it does seem that Hades does want the Heavenly Dragons & Ophis out of the way. He originally wanted to use Ophis but it seems that he realized that won't happen as she has chosen to side with Ise & Vali.

And B214, if his breast-power has attained divinity, doesn't that mean he has divinity himself? Not to mention he's someone with the body of a dragon whose power possesses divinity. And then there's also Ddraig's speculation that we know of from Volume 24.
If one has divinity, they are a god. Simple as (not referring to the whole dragon god thing). But Issei is most certainly blooming into a god of breasts.
So Koneko does belong to the Heavenly Breasts after all , good for her
