The episode was incredibly HNG as fuck. Aya always act embarassing about her feelings towards Yoko, as she doesn't know how she takes things too far, which is what the episode is about. Besides that, she interacts with Karen by asking about what she thinks. The beginning of the episode was just too anxious yet adorable at the same, look at what Alice and Karen mess with food. The ending sequence is a hide and seek play when the group are trying to find each other, especially the fact that Alice pretends to fall asleep when she draws something that looks cute, but is so creepy that even the most courageous can't even tell about it. I can't wait to watch how the climax will be in the next three weeks!

This Aya centric ep. is very cute. She's such a cute (and lonely) girl. I love many face expressions that she made. The Yuri is also stong here!

I surprised a bit at how early the ED rolled up but then I got a long post-ed scene. That hide-and-seek game is enjoyable to watch!

Somehow, I hope they will go to England in the last 2 ep. That ED animation must be some kind of hint right???

Ayaya centric episode was wonderful. Every time she got left behind/alone...those reactions are too cute.

I was expecting Christmas episode, but this is indeed a great great Aya moe episode. I think it's as good as episode 4 which was my favorite.

Only 3 episodes left. Christmas and New Year should be around the corner, but what about the whole cast trip to Britain? I'm starting to feel the ED was just a teaser.

Plenty of Aya and plenty of Karen. As much as I like Shino and Alice, I have to say, those two just dominate every scene they're in for me.

Touyama Nao's performance as Karen is such a tour de force. It's magnetic; irresistible. I loved the weird zooms on Karen's face that just kept going and going. If she really has such an enormous house, I'd have loved to see them play hide and seek there instead.

All around just a fantastic episode. It's a shame we're nearing the end, I'll definitely be left wanting when this concludes.

If anyone can translate this interview (I only read through Google's rough translation), it seems that at least Alice and Karen will go back to England in 4th volume of the manga. I don't know whether that volume has been published or not, and how far the anime adapted it so far.

Another interesting tidbit is it seems like Shino was initially intended to be a boy who is mistaken for a girl by Alice when they're at the homestay.

I think the "going back to England" doesn't mean that they're gone for good Most likely they will go home for a while (maybe on vacation or something) and will resume their school at Japan after that.

I doubt we'll be seeing that story adapted this season, as it appears that this story takes place after the girls' first year of high school (which is the focus of season 1) .

Spoiler for Episode 10:

The episode explored on Alice's current misfortune around school, but it was resolved all of a sudden. Meanwhile, Karen is still chasing after the cat she found way too cute. It's the beginning of the winter season for our heroines, but I imagine something dramatic to happen in the last two episodes since I do feel a bit sad that Alice's adventure in Japan is going to end. Other than that, we get the usual antics of the series, however Sakura is taking things a bit too awkward. Will look forward the next episode, but I should be ready for it to see something a bit bittersweet to happen.
