Pretty sure it was consensual...

But their first time was in Volume 6, chapter 63. The last chapter actually, not counting the interlude that came after.

Volume 6, I think, featured the last segment of Rudy and Ellis' journey together. A casual look (it's rather ironic that I found the machine translation to Chinese far easier to read than the machine translation to English, considering how rusty my Chinese is) shows that Rudy reunites with Lilia and Aisha in this volume too.

Volume 7 covers Rudy's admission to the Magic school.

Volume 8 looks like Rudy's school days.


These are very casual looks though, and I'm nowhere near as sure of them as I am of my reading of the first 5 volumes. Reading a Chinese translation was a lot easier than a few casual looks at a machine translation.
