Please help identify this anime (Bicycle?)
A friend sent me this link to what is obviously an HK pirated anime, however, the film looks interesting and I'd like to know what it's really called (if not "Bicycle").

I'm pretty sure that Mihiro Kitou-san (author of Narutaru) was involved in this project in someway too, I seem to remember reading somewhere that he is a very keen cyclist and really wanted to help out.
 (I might be mistaken though....)
