I got bored with Generation Shift so I fast forward to the future where most of the juicy part of the story are.

I might do a rewrite sometime in the future if I can find the time to do so.

Hnn...to me, it seemed as if the 'realization' came a bit too ... easily? Or maybe it was the 'explanation' part... Oh! That's an idea - for an apology, can have Ichika make Chifuyu something to help with the apology, a small cake, a pie or a batch of cookies - something to get the 'wifey' act going again. XD Just something to get the other girls (other than Madoka) poking at him again.

And then, as Chifuyu's apology to them, she can bring in the slice of cake/pie and eat it in front of homeroom, saying that she suddenly felt like having a piece while avoiding eye contact and maybe even a little blush (tsundere) since she's about to eat sweets in front of her students, but Ik-kun and Madoka-chan smile since they know, or rather than knowing, they can 'discern' that this was Chifuyu's way of apologizing to them in front of everyone. She notes their smile and can't help but smile a bit herself as she finishes the piece and goes back to teaching but Maya can tell that the air between the Orimura siblings is a little clearer now.

Believe it or not, I do like subtlety...

My intention is not clear enough it seems, Ichika already knew it from the get go in the previous chapter (he's being sardonic than flat out scowling), and Lingyin don't show any fear at all, on the other hand, Madoka, Cecilia, and Charles is flat out disturbed.

I suppose the transition needs to be reworked indeed. I felt like the last part of chapter 14 is not... gripping enough, and yes, this part is quite abrupt and too sudden.

Need to consult blitz, but he's nowhere to be seen. Can you help

I read the part for 14 that you have up and ... maybe you have to break it up into a lot of POVs for that scene...I hope not because it can become too cluttered.

Not genders at least: None of the female cast from the main story express interest in a relationship with Teenage!Chifuyu....well, there's Tatenashi, but she's just being her usual self so she doesn't count.

She grabbed her bed sheet and covered herself up. “I-I-Ichika! What are you doing h-h-here!?” The boy looked at the girl puzzled. It was as if he had been doing it for years. It was then, memory flooded in her mind. Cecilia remembered that after graduating from ISA, Ichika confessed his love for her and they are happily married for 2 year now. “You have an IS presentation at 11am, I believe it’s time for you to dress up and prepare for the presentation. With her face still beet red, Cecilia nodded in acknowledgement. “I am going to get changed....could you leave the room?” Ichika looked at Cecilia with a puzzled look again. “Didn’t you usually want me to help you to change?” Steam burst out of Cecilia’s ears. What kind of devilish suggestion was that? What exactly happened to her during the last 2 years? “I am fine on my own...” Ichika nodded and walked out of the room. Cecilia pinched herself to make sure it is not a dream. She felt pain but for some unknown reason, it felt so unnatural and surreal. 'May be I was just overthinking about things....' She thought to herself as she looked at a certain blue ear-accessory on her dressing table. It was no ordinary piece of jewelry of course. That was one of the greatest invention in human history. Its repair process is not done physically; rather, we dive deep into the system and boost up the existing AI system in repairing the I.S. I don’t know how exactly, but apparently RIn is a good friend of Cecilia now, thus the British lady muttered clear concern “But that means you can’t participate with the tournament!” “Eh, my fault there, can’t protest” Normally, a major damage on the frame will take more than 24 hour to be repaired without support due to firmware programming inside the core. However, using NEUCOM, I.S. processing power can be rerouted solely for the repair process, cut the time to roughly 8 hours or more. I laughed, hard. “…I knew it… I guess she really had to fumble it, I should just apologize” As swift as wind, Madoka’s hands grabbed my blazer. “Wait, Ichika-nii, why?” “Told you the truth, Chifuyu-nee did the right thing in this matter” I told my sister and ruffled her head “But the way she did it and anything she say tend to incite misunderstanding. And she’s too prideful to admit it and too hesitant to clear it up” “How?” “Rin’s machine is damaged, yet Chifuyu-nee didn’t tell her to use NEUCOM so she can participate.
