Urahara reminds me of Mugen , both have an unorthodox style of combat and both use their sandals as wepons and sheilds respectively

Both are quirky charas with Urahara being more obnoxious and mysterious at times

Ichimaru reminded me of Orochimaru the moment I saw him, and the way he acted... Though they do not necessarily look the same.

Cloud and Ichigo, though their personalities are completely different, there are similarities I thought, at least the moment he released Zangetsu (Original form, just that huge hulking sword).

Its true that Aizen fit pretty well in the yaoi seme style So me too i have couple of guy that i find he look like him in those kind of manga.
