i was bored over the last week or 2 so i watched the g gundam series which i had not saw in a long time. But in the final battle aganist Domon and Schwartz(kyoji) how the hell does god gundam win!? It obvious that schwartz could have beat domon anytime he wanted to, yet he kept toying with him, then when domon does his burning sekiya tenyoken and schwartz does his strum und drang schwartz goes through it like it was nothing, how is that and how is it when the ring blows up that somehow domon is not hurt at all and schwartz is down.

Domon couldnt even touch schwartz

Main character armor. Schwartz was the best pilot in G Gundam. even better then Master A. Domon won that fight because of main character armor.

Been a long time since I seen it but diddn't he sort of let Domon win but at the same time was rough on him? I need to see it again.

This anime is Super Robot, there is lots to it that have logic.

Look at the name your using, "Zechs". You might as well ask how he survived at the end when he stabbed himself with that huge beam saber & blew up.

It's possible that Spiegel\Kyoji was weakening because the Devil Gundam itself was weakening. (I'm just guessing here. I haven't watched G Gundam in a while and barely remember anything about that match)

A.) The Main-Character-Invincibility-Factor

B.) The neverending run of people who could have won, but underestimated and/or toyed with the opponent and ended up losing as a result.

C.) He let him

The dub was great...
Rose-bits FTW xD...

I still say G Gundam's final 2 episodes rank as 2 of the best in G-history...I mean visually and intensity-wise they're tuff...

Yes! G was great! Watched it for the first time two weeks ago, it rocked.
I thought first eps sucked until Master Asia was introduced.
In final episodes I had to stop episode some times to recognise all cameo MS from other series.
Saw Hygogg, Rx 78-2, GP01, GP01FB, GP03, Zeta, Victory, V2 and F91

I enjoyed the dub. I mean its far from great & I can understand why people wouldn't like it, but I can't help but enjoy it. The only thing that really sucks are the edits like Devil Gundam change to Dark Gundam.

Schwartz cannot kill the devil Gundam. that is why he was training domon on how to do it.

that battle was indeed one of the most awesome battles in gundam history. his shadow techniques and the tatami mat trick were great. alot of domon's intense fight scenes were awesome though.
