According to who?

So what if it strays from the fighting genre randomly? It might attract more readers. Plus, it's not realistic for characters to be involved in fights all the time. Especially ifsome of them are normal high school students.

I much prefer Bleach just as a slice of life than boring repeating fight sequences. Now if we could just get Byakuya-sensei to transfer into Ichigo's school

Kubo is easing into the new arc. Mostly humorous, everyday stuff with only small hints of the deeper storyline. Unfortunately most of the everyday stuff is too familiar. Really, who needs to be reminded that Ichigo's the baddest motherf**ker in K-town and eats petty thugs for breakfast? I would've preferred if the time-skip led to more changes in Ichigo's personal life, but maybe it's too early for that.

I do like Ichigo's boss. She gives off vibes of having Kuukaku Shiba-like attitude. Most definitely there will be more to her than it seems, given the fact that she seems to know the guy with the substitute shinigami badge.

And still no Kon yet? What's up with that?!

This how Bleach used to be, when it was good. Don't hate on improvements, this is way better than Ichigo just yelling Getsuga Tensho all the time. Character Devolpment > pointless fights that have no effect on the actual storyline.

bleach has the most complaints out of any of them haha, yet the people who complain each week still continue to read it
