while entering windows after restart...
some error like the one on the right pops out...

anyone help me out? >.<
restarted over 10 times today.

You may want to try uninstalling IE7 in Safe Mode and then running a spyware/virus scan before re-installing it.

Also, this should probably go to the Tech Support forum.

Your wrong as the faulting file is explorer.exe internet explorer is iexplore.exe

I once heard one can inject trojan riched20.dll or msi.dll in folders, because they allow execution through e.g. excel files that are in the same folder just by opening the excel files. Maybe you want to check if you have different versions of this msi.dll (search for all msi.dll on your system).
