It's unknown if DD managed to reclaim ZEKE. But the new Mother Base is located off shore near Seychelles, while their old MSF Mother Base was at the Caribbean sea. For now, ZEKE may be assume to be lost, even though it was hinted that Huey had ZEKE buried deep down to the seabed of Caribbean.

During the Mother Base demo gameplay, Huey could be either developing a new Metal Gear from scratch or making D-Walker to become Metal Gear.

Then, Metal Gear ST-84 was seen delivered to the Mother Base by Skull Face as shown in the E3 trailer this year. If people claim that ST-84 will be acquired after the end of the main story (like ZEKE will be available to develop after the main story finished in PW) while Skull Face died in the process, then it contradicts to why Skull Face still lived and deliver ST-84 to Big Boss from the first place. So, I'm thinking that there could be more one ST-84. Cause I had a massive nerdgasm on it and wanted to try it out in case if it's available to pilot it.

Nevertheless, one more Metal Gear fight would make TPP an epic MGS game to the pinnacle. In fact, Kojima had a habit of making nostalgia in his previous games. That's why I'm thinking of the possibility of Metal Gear fight in this one.

Eli possible a recruitable character, he maybe the "Paz" in this game to fill in Peace Walker.
