Watched Ep. 33. Erza in a swimsuit was so hot, she tops Lucy by leaps and bounds. She had a sucky childhood it looks like though. Now I see why she is so reluctant to be without her armor.

i have been following fairy tail manga for quite some time, is this anime series good?
i mean, does the anime storyline follows the manga, or it spun off to its own story like bleach..?

The anime follows the manga to date.
...and your Bleach comment is odd...unless your talking about fillers...FT has not had any fillers, yet.

Spoiler for Episode 34: I'm quite surprised at the amount of manga material that was covered this week, and at the same time the pacing didn't feel rushed. Plus there were a few changes like Lucy using Virgo, and having the passage way change from a ladder to a board coming out of a mouth . Such a strange change, though i do like that we're shown Virgo giving Lucy clothes from the spirit world, because in the manga she just appears in them. Easily one of the best outfit's i've seen so far in the series though. Flashbacks were handled nicely. I quite like that they're told in different parts of the episode, just like the manga. Adds extra impact. Music placement for the last part with Erza fighting back was certainly powerful, and delivered the right mood. Hope we hear it again in next weeks episode. & funniest scene this week was "Juvia was praised, not you!" . The anime really does make these comedy scenes with Juvia stand out more, which is great. As for the preview, it'll be great to see how they handle the last part of the flashback. Music placement and all. __________________ MyAnimeList Twitter

Well it seems that the tower makes people like Jellal and it presumably ended up infecting the others as well. Also it's for reviving a person Sho conveniently decided not to say the name of. Juvia seems to be able to use her powers effectively which is good because it shows she still deserves her S-rank (Powerful elemental area attack, plus projectile invulnerability, plus water related stealt.) Anyway I thought Ultear and Virgo sounded a bit off in this episode because it seemed like she was trying to make sure they sounded different enough. Well it seems like Jellal and Siegrien are twins, it'll be interesting to find out if they know about there respective positions as tower leader and council man. My speculation meter is on the fence about whether Siegrien knows about Jellal or not. It seems Erza was stronger than her first flashback suggested having her be the one to start to revolution. Also was the old guy the guy they were talking about in NEXT GENERATION? He had a tattoo on his back which looked similar to the Fairy Tail tattoo and I think they were both called Rob. Anyway Erza's flashback near the end had me in tears. Ugh slavery like that is horrid. However at this stage I have no idea where Owl-head, Kiss and adult!Sonshoukou are going to enter the game. There doesn't seem to be a nice place to put them in. __________________ MAL Profile

Bonta Kun Know who you are Join Date: Feb 2007 Location: Resides within the depths of Ned infested Glasgow	Spoiler for ep 34: Ok watching this ep it's come to my attention that I really do like how they are handling the action scenes here, ok sure I would prefer actual action scenes but I'm liking what they have done, it's got a nice little different flavour to it. Well either way it all still delivers the entertainment and thats good enough. Like with Shiroth I too loved that part with "Juvia was praised, not you!" the bgm that kicks in just makes it even better. I'm really loving the Lucy/Juvia rivalry in it's animated form, brilliant fun! oh and Virgo <3 __________________
