I think there's a discussion of favorite couples in anime/manga at the "General Anime" section.

BTW, when it comes my favorites, I like Negi/Nodoka (Negima) and Ataru/Lum (Urusei Yatsura).

I'm very much tempted to say Aoba and Ryohei form Jinki: Extend...but the only thing holding me back from that is because they aren't officially a couple...yet...

(you know it's there and they show it, but they don't admit it

Fyi, my defintion of "couple" is that they are actually a couple.

i looove a whole load of cupples so
full moon it has to be mizuki and takuto but i love izumi of the guys and madoka so i gues those two
jeanne and sindbad , chiaki and marron of kamikaze kaito jeanne are the best
kakashi and dunno anyone yet but kakashis sooo sweeet (naruto)
zetai kareshi defenetly riiko and night
and of fmp kaname and sosuke, leos cool two
Shinshi domei haine and shizun fake are born for echover
gravitation yuki is sooo cool i love him shuichi ok but yukis way to cool for him
