My final entries are here
http://forums.animesuki.com/showpost...&postcount=487 For blending the render you could do feather blending or soft erase Feather blending would be fairly simple but less control than the soft erase. Simple feather blending Select render layer with Ctrl holded. Ctrl+alt+D > pops up a feather window. Set it to around 5-3 depending on render size. Hit ok. Ctrl+shift+I (inverse selection) and hit delete once or twice depending on your feather setting. You could just circle the render from about 10-20 px. Than the same step as above with the feathering. But than set the feather settings on 15-25 or so depending on how far you started circling. Soft eraser blending Soft brush is just get eraser and get the 45-65 soft eraser and just erase the edges.

Very nice now, but you'll have to change to to Jpeg format or it won't be accepted ^_^, 120kb is too large.
The image is somewhat unclear on some of the areas, seems like you added more blurs than necessary. Change your font a bit, like add borders that aren't light blue like yours, use a darker color, maybe like change the curve ^_^ to them or change the color to be a bit darker to your background., cause it blends too well with the white sky. (I always use bad coloring on my fonts ^_^)

The character appears to be translusent. I don't know what the others think, but I think this looks messy. Additionally, maybe you can adapt the tone/hue of the blue in her wings and the blue on the left/right side in the clouds to be like the blue in the day gradient (I'ld try to color blend these parts with the darkest blue of the day gradient). And then you'ld still need to smooth out the hard luminosity transitions.
Here is a low quality example that I made in 5 minutes: You can see I was very lazy correcting the parts near her arms and I did not take care with the text (so it does blend out now). But imo in this version the colors in the wings and left/right of the wings look less messy (still I was not able to get rid of this strange translucency effect inside her... maybe you can correct this with your source picture for ayu - have you accidentally applied less then 100% opaqueness to her layer? Or is it maybe not the top layer?).

I'll go with this three as my final entries.
1: 2: 3: I will no longer make more posts with newer versions of my banners; If I decide to change something (likely), I'll simply come back to this post and make an edit here.
