TV? Man they think orange juice is a luxury. Cinema and pub? You are joking with me if you think those farmers with pitch forks will go to a nightclub when they dont even have proper farming equipment to grow their food. If you have seen the latest pictures of the living conditions of north korea, their social technological level is that of the 1950s...actually probably older than that. For pete's sake they still use wooden plows tied to cows to till their lands or pull their carts....

Also as far as i kno electricity is extremely limited so they are only supplied to the capital and the military installations....plus these people are too used to living on free food so they dont even bother to work to improve their lives as they cant. So i am guessing that they go to sleep as soon as the sun goes down.

Close. They only have elctricity for a few hours a day, well civilians anyway. You have about a 2 hour period to take a warm shower. Hopefully you can be 1st in line.

Hmm, Greed doesn't look half bad actually.. 'cept it's kind of hard to see where his eyes are.
And from what I've been told, it's supposedly an awesome episode..

Episode 33 was great! I know the villain-that-can't-be-hurt has been done to death in anime, but it's always fun watching the hero still find a way to win. Hopefully it's more creative than a DBZ level up

Okay, so the Elrics now know that Greed is Greed. And Al brought up the others and I think Greed told him that they weren't affiliated.

My WTF moment for the week was "Archer and Kimblee?!" Maybe if someone who speaks the language could explain that, I'd appreciate it.

My japanese isn't great, but from what we saw in Ep.31, I think we can geuss that Kimblee struck a deal with Archer...

...in return for delivering the escapees from Lab 5 (Greed, chimeras and Tucker-san) Archer would get Kimblee back his state alchemist role. I geuss Kimblee's abilities are still considered useful, especially with the growing threat of war that Archer himself hinted at previously.

I'm sure the bag contains the fractured remains of the mysterious 'skull' that was originally used to bind Greed into his prison under Lab 5. I'd hazard a geuss that the skull is from Greed's original body. Now this bag is in the possession of Archer, Greed knows he can be defeated by debilitation and imprisonment.

This is somewhat different from the manga, in which Greed was all but indestructable, until a certain person turned up. Not sure if I like the Pimpster this way, he was much more brutal and powerful in the manga, he seems weak and too eager to run away in the anime...
