I love most of the episodes (I watch Chinese sub), but I never knew there was a manga series until now. Sigh, either the Taiwanese division of Kadokawa is really slacking, or my local manga store is teh suck. >_<

Yup, I just checked again today; the honya I go to doesn't seem to have many Kadokawa publications. In fact, I don't recall seeing Hellsing, Full Metal Panic, and Azumanga Daioh... >_<

That one was done ages ago by that chinese to english subbing group. I've already abandoned all hope of seeing anymore episodes in the forseable future.

Also, this show ends next week at ep 36.

No, it doesn't end up to 36.
39 will be aired on 25/12, with include X'mas special.

Go watch the sunrise page for details.

Hmm, animedaisuki had listed this one as ending at 26 The last I checked the official site [which was when that Natsumi/Gundam fig appeared], ending at 36 came up. Goes to show how behind I am Subbing for this gem is so deathly slow that there isn't much point in keeping up.

Yeah, I'm so touched to see another episode being subbed again. It't has been long long time since the last episode. Good job de-arimasu

Yeah, I should have just watched the Chinese subs when they were out but now it's too late, most chinese torrents are uber-super-turbo-powered-fast for me when they're alive but they die very quickly I can understand Chinese, too... oh well...

Good christmas present: suddenly Soldats and UA unload a whole ton of episodes on us...

Well, ep 6 was kinda funny, but the funniest part for me was when when Giroro and Paul were fighting, did you hear a Newtype flash?

Well...here's what the Natsume Maya July 16~31 archives have to say about it (go to the July 17 news item)...

Quote:
Chara-Ani.com states that the DVD release of the Keroro Gunso (Sgt Frog) TV anime will be 13 volumes. For release details for see my 22 May 2004 (volume 1) and 23 June 2004 (volume 2) entries.
I noticed that the first R2 DVDs have an episode count of 4 episode apiece...and at about 3,990 yen (which is comparable, if not a little more expensive, than an R1). Assuming a consistent episode count for every DVD, I'd say there would be 52 episodes. Or something like that.

Having read the manga now, I'm kinda disappointed at how they censored all the swimsuits in episode 6. The mother's swimsuit I can understand, but all the way down to poor Momoka as well? She looked like someone out of a 30s film reel. But thank you Soldats for releasing more Keroro Gunsou. Even if it's just one episode every 2 months, we will follow the Afro forever!

#6 was kind of flat. The gags were limp and nothing really happened with the characters (too much of that guy Paul). And there's no point in having a swimsuit episode if you're not going to show off...

#38 rulez!(Thx to 966, G66 couldn't say what he want to say to 723)
#33 is talking about how anime acutally done.

Over all I'd say anime version sticking very close to manga, or even push the engine further.

For above who say #6 is flat. Be patient, Sunrise at that time were stepping on the gas(on making fun of course), time is needed to build up the fun.

Seeing how Momoka got her 1st kiss is classic. The narration in the series is the key to enjoy the fun, if you don't stick with him, you get less them half of fun.(I don't think anyone would pay attention to narrator, but not this show. )

Aargh.... this show is up to ep 38 and while the subbed version is only up to 6 ??
Been waiting too long for this great show till I almost forgot this show exists
It's so disappointed that this hilarious show lacks of fans.

May Keroro start kick somebody ass ("kick start") for the long long waited release......

Lack of fans? Nah, since the sub release at that pace, no one have knowledge on this, thus lack of protenial new fans.
