I don't know the latest development of UQ holder, but apparently, Negi was swarmed to the limit, so who knows what happened in the end.

As for Dandelion, I think that's a miss ... or, who knows. If we look for a MC, that would be the elder brother (unless we go for the reverse route, and consider the gurl the MC), but his main girl was always the quiet shy and normal blondie. And in the end, they did get together (which was actually one of the most adorable progression / conclusion I've ever seen in any series thus far). As for gurlie, there are a surprising amount of people aiming at her fine booty (including the siscon big bro, to some extent, albeit it's probably 99% platonic). But right until the end, she remains dense like Hentiger's fluids when a loli chap comes out.

So who knows.

UQ holder and Negimas ending are in 2 differently timelines. Uq holder does confirm that Negi eventually marries chisame after the negima ending Through timeline hopping flashbacks

This whole flashback chapters of UQ Holder covering two timelines,

One Happy End which considered the prime timeline from the original ending of Negima manga which take place between ch 353 & 354 toward the conclusion in 355.

Another One Bad end which from current UQ Holder story take place where there is no Asuna, Negi failed to defeat the big boss, his comrades dying and all other bad things, but with Negi and Eva as its main shipping.

Thus, I think the original Mahou Sensei Negima manga ending which has its romantic resolution concluded in UQ Holder should be count.
