For the life of me I can't remember the name of this manga:

It's about a guy who's ranked last but is actually very powerful, and he defeated the girl who's ranked really high on the first day of school, she falls in love with him, and he has a little sister who's also in love with him, and she has a roommate who's a guy who believes he's a girl trapped in a mans body... I hope this is enough of a description, the last fight I remember was that he was fighting some guy who uses invisible arrows to fight.

I belive that's Tetsuwan Birdy DECODE

Either one of the two series. I'd say the first one. She's working parttime as a cosplayer/idol.
