Not at all what I expected, though the Sengoku Basara reference made me want Godwin to pop out of the word-works.

Because Norio Wakamoto is best Demon King.

I took this the same way as cyberdemon. I mean, Adel (which I first read as Adol from the Y's games

) has the same hair color, same eye color, and even same style of clothes as Cinque. To me, this somehow points out that he is related to her.

Yeah. They look really really similar to each other except for the stars in her eyes. Perhaps the stars in her eyes is parting of being there for so long? Lol. The Demon King is such a joke! I had my suspicions from the beginning when he shows up and it's true! He's sooo different than what the others expect lol!

I get the feeling that he only got the name demon king because he wouldn't stop peeping at girls. I suspect he may have been the founder that Cou mentioned was her ancestor alongside Adel. However, Adel was an extremely tsundere lover and sealed him when he wouldn't stop and used the excuse that the founder "died" in the battle with the DK. lol!

You're not the only one. In my case his voice was familiar because Kosuke Toriumi was known for voicing Gilbert Nightray from Pandora Hearts and more notably Yuri Lowell in Tales of Vesperia. The only difference being that Yuri is a badass and Calvados is an idiot. XD

Speaking of Tales, at least four of the voice actors had roles in a Tales game.

Cinque - Mamoru Miyano - Flynn Scifo (TOV)
Rico/Nanami - Nana Mizuki - Collete Brunell (TOS)
Noir - Kana Hanazawa - Sophie (TOG)
Rolan - Takehito Koyasu - Jade Curtiss (TOA)
