Tony Taka (he's usually also referred as "T2", thus the title "T2 Artworks" in the pictures) was originally a doujin artist, which would be somewhat analogous to a fanart artist. He then drifted off and started to make his own original works... but you won't see it in the mainstream anime and manga media often, since most of his stuff is either h-manga or CG work for eroges. I'm not a big fan of h-mangas or eroges, but I love his style, and he's definitely my favorite artist.

They're from the Sora no Iro, Mizu no Iro eroge, which was also adapted into a (surprisingly high quality) h-rated OVA.

I love Ai-chan's eyes.

Not so big that it feels the face was extended just so they're still sitting on the inside...
...not too small as was with old style cartoon style anime.

Lalaru here could've benefitted from it, but I like her eyes anyway.

Characters in Key games/anime always look like they had some chemical spilled on their faces that's making their eyes slide off and their noses and mouths be reabsorbed into their faces altogether. Seems to be less extreme in the anime conversion bits I've seen.

I kind of like Miaka's eyes (Fushigi Yuugi).

I've also always had a thing for Rei Ayanami, and find her eyes quite beautiful, especially when she's smiling. I couldn't find a good picture, but I think it has something to do with the fact that her eyes are red.

Heterochromatic eyes are pretty cool, so that goes to Suiseiseki, Souseiseki, and Julius Cesar (Lol!) from Rozen, Rozen, and ZnT2 respectively.

Oh ya, and Lelouch's half normal half Geass eyes are definitely evil looking =)
