Catwoman, as she currently stands in the comics, is not a violent criminal. So if she isn't going to be a major enemy, it makes sense for her not to be in the promotional matereal. On the other hand there is no reason why she can't be a major ally.

Also, remember that Two Face wasn't revealed until WAY later. In fact, people didn't know until they got in the theatres.

I suppose you're right, but even so... I guess it's just that I'm getting the vibe that a lot of people are disappointed about her up until now, especially those fanboys I do have to admit that I'd really love to see some more official shots of her too, I wasn't really impressed with what we got earlier. I'm sure Nolan knows what he's doing though.

The more I see Bane's mask, the more it reminds me of Reptile from Mortal Kombat though. Tbh, I'm one of those people who expect him wearing luchador (or whatever it's called) mask ^_^.

The same thing apply to Joker's make-up and Scarecrow's dirt-bag mask. Those are the gimmick of the characters. If you remove the luchador gimmick from Bane, what's left is just a muscular guy with an inhaler mask. That's just an opinion btw.

To be honest, I agree with Nolan's decision to design Bane's mask that way coz Tom Hardy's mouth is not really the prettiest part of his complexion.

Well, the setting of TDKR is 8 years from TDK. So, if they want an 'inter-quel' like Fast & Furious & Fast Five with different director, they can make it.

I can already see there being games, animated films, or comics that bridge the game between the eight years. That definitely opens up the media outlet for it. Oh and another film by another director most likely without Bale would be a disaster. Three high budget movies are enough.

Gotham Knight already did this, it happens between the 1st and 2nd movie, did it really well too.

Things aren't looking that great for Bruce.... there've also been updates about the prologue that's being shown. I'm going to see Sherlock Holmes 2 next week and hopefully the trailer would be released then!

So, now we know that Bane's gonna 'break' Batman. Still, we don't know if it's Batman's back that Bane's gonna break or Batman's whole vigilante career by exposing Bruce Wayne to the people. Hmm...can't wait.
