I didn't know PCB had an english patch, but I can say for sure there is one for IN because I've got it installed. I can't remember where I got the patch though.

I believe the patches are out for all but the latest (Touhou 10: Mountain of Faith)

My bad, there seems to be patches for: EoSD, PCB, IN. I consider PoFV and StB non-standard touhou IN is my favorite of the entire series.

Rare indeed. Shikieiki-sama although usually suffixed with '-sama' seems almost always loli. Good find!

Given that you've already had some Touhou exposure, there's not much that you shouldn't be used to.

A few things that are different in IN that you should be aware of:

-you can only hit/kill slaves with your human character, not your phantom half. This is very useful when against enemies with a lot of slaves. Against bosses, it can be useful to kill off their slaves. Against some other enemies, it's better to use your phantom character to kill them quickly while ignoring the slaves.

-Your phantom character doesn't get killed by touching enemy slaves (and neither does Reimu)

-If you kill an enemy, their slaves will automatically self-destruct and remove any bullets in the area

-You get more time to save yourself with bombs the more bombs you have.

-You can gather items when not at full power by focusing above the collection line (unless you play as Marisa, who does not need to focus)

-Ran will not home in on enemies if you're too far away as Yukari. Useful to remember against bosses, because if you stray too far, you won't hit them.

-You can only gain 7 additional lives in the game (2 from mid-bosses, 5 from gathering point items).

Can't wait to have this album. And the fact that it's from IOSYS makes it an added bonus

From the preview, the new album seems okay. There's a varying amount of paces and beats. I didn't like much of it, but that might just be the result of listening to Demetori's and UI-70's albums. Cirno sounds like THE STRONGEST as always. So far I'm liking the tracks of Reisen, Reimu, ZUN, Yukari, Marisa, & Patchy. Patchy sounds pretty HNNNNNGGG there, and Reisen sounds... Hawaiian. ZUN has alcohol. That is all he needs.

Keeping this thread on topic, here are the awesome contents of the Badass Touhou thread a week or so ago. I kept some of the gag ones in there.

Pretty badass.
---
Also, the Scarlet & Scarlet doujin seems to be really sad. Thus, I dive in.

EDIT: Guess it isn't. Heh, and those 3 pages made it seem otherwise.
