Because the authorities and the rest of the people think that Asuna and the other 300 players are still trapped in SAO somehow. So it's safer to assume that they can't remove the NerveGear because they'd die. The only ones that know they're safe but transported and trapped in ALO servers is Sugou and his cronies.

But she is the main character in the 4th arc, while Kirito only has a small role in the 4th.

The latter part of this sentence is not true. All he knows is that he disappeared at the end, just before he and Asuna did. For all we and he knows, he's still alive and around... somewhere...

In the 4th game is Kirito kidnaped and put inside this UW game or he was atacked by poH, the leader of former laughing coffin? I saw later a pic of Asuna watching him over the hospital, is he stuck inside the game just like Asuna was?Has Asuna and Kirito reunited at volume 10 or is it for 11 to happen? Also UW is a sword game like SAO ?

Well, we don't quite know this for sure. It's never directly said during the arc or any of the subsequent arcs, but it's implied that she harbors some feelings for Kirito.
