- Dollars has changed. There are new members that will hunt down members who’s doing bad things, and will force them to get out of Dollars.
- Yodogiri is the one who sold the information about Celty and Saika to Shingen 20 years ago.
- Egor’s a Saika’s child. (who already forgot if Egor has been hurt by Saika before/not)
- Tanaka Tarou hasn’t logged in to the chat room for a long while. /sniff
- The chat rooms regulars (Setton, Saika, Bacura, San, Kyou) want to invite more people to the room now that Tanaka Tarou and Kanra left it.
- Adabashi eats Ruri’s pictures and chews them until his mouth bleeds.
Taking a peek on later pages, there’s a pic of Mikado smeared in blood, smiling. /love it, but sad.
- Celty fought a full armed robbers to get a pet snake back.
- Kasuka and Ruri went to Shizuo’s workplace to ask for a help.
a. which Shizuo thought that Kasuka and Ruri were going to be married, “I am honored you to ask me first, but don’t you think it’s better to talk about it with mom and dad?”
b. Ruri is stalked, and her stalker is a Dollars member, and Kasuka asked for Shizuo’s help on that; though Shizuo told Mikado he was resigning Dollars.
c. Ruri asked Kasuka to hide her Hollywood identity, because she’s still afraid of Shizuo.
d. Dollars have separated invitation only communities now.
e. Ruri’s staying at Kasuka’s place, and Kasuka asked Shizuo to take care his Scottish fold cat, Dokuzenmaru.
f. Shizuo will ask his friend’s help regarding Dollars.
- Anri was invited by Shinra’s place to get Celty’s consultation.
a. She was worried about Mikado who has changed.
b. Mikado sometimes lost his nervousness and suddenly become collected.
c. Mikado broke the silent agreement rule about not talking their other identities to Anri.
d. He said he wouldn’t meddle with her secrets, but he would get Masaomi back and make a place for him.
e. Celty and Shinra told Anri not to be worried.
- Aoba went to Celty and Shinra’s place 2 months ago to be friends with Celty and got her number. Shinra and Celty were cautious.
- Shizuo visited Celty and Shinra’s place too.
- New people in the chat room:

- Chat Room discuss about there’s a invi-only community in Dollars, who is trying to regulate Dollars. High possibility Blue Square members involved by the outfit they’re wearing.
ETA: The president of the company Shizuo is working to is also a Dollar’s member! I am curious!
- Badass! Mikado leading the Blue Square, looking/spying on Dollars invi-only community to take care of Ruri’s stalkers.
- Ruri stalkers have community, one of them being Adabashi is trying to kill people close to Ruri to make Ruri sad. Because they couldn’t kill headless rider and Ikebukuro-strongest Shizuo, Adabashi attempted to kill Shinra in his mansion.
- Knowing their plan, Mikado called Celty who was away from the mansion to go back to get Shinra, who’s heavily wounded.
- Ruri has a special blood. Sad past. She’s as special as Celty and Anri.
- Masaomi is back to Ikebukuro after knowing Blue Square is in Dollars. He thought that Blue Square will destroy Mikado and Dollars, like it destroyed him and Yellow Scarves.
- Masaomi apologized to Shizuo for what Yellow Scarves had done to him back then, although shooting Shizuo was not his order. Shizuo knew that, but he still knocked Masaomi down with one finger because Masaomi didn’t speak to him politely.
- Mikado lit Adabashi with fire, when he was chasing Ruri’s pet cat. Adabashi ran away. Masaomi saw it, thought the cruel person was Aoba (whom he never seen), and surprised finding out it was Mikado.
- It turned out that Mikado is the one using Blue Square. Mikado looks like Masaomi when he was “drunk” with Izaya and Yellow Scarves’ power. Masaomi is worried.
- Mikado said, “I am sorry, now is not the time, please wait until it’s all set,” to Masaomi. And went with Aoba leaving Masaomi.
- Masaomi reassembled the Yellow Scarves to save Mikado in the future although Mikado said he didn’t need help. He thought it was his fault to leave Mikado after the Blue Square vs Yellow Scarves event.
- Mikado left the chat room because he didn’t want to loose motivation getting back Masaomi and Anri to Dollars. He wanted to clean up Dollars before doing that. Now knowing Masaomi is back in Ikebukuro, Mikado would lived from one Net/Manga Cafe to avoid meeting Masaomi.
- It seems Aoba still have a plan on destroying Dollars?
- Yagiri Seitarou (Seiji’s grandfather) asked Yodogiri to collect Celty’s body and head, Anri, and Ruri for him.
- Gaki —> Akabayashi; Chrome —> Izaya’s second handle name; other chat room’s members identities are still unknown.
- Izaya is gathering people who had grudge to Raira trio and our friendly Dollars to crush them down. They’re their own Dollars team. Including old faces.
