Bell would become a time-winding, sword wielding monster?

I hope you didn't take the example the wrong way of course, but it doesn't discount the fact that the use of IS draws one closer to their wounds of heart. If Chiyuri had really over-used IS, it's not a good thing since she has had no prior training, only experience.

It won't for long until she can "attune" to the AW. Lime Bell is the only time ability DA right now.

Huh I had never even thought about that before. The only way for her to really level would be tag team fights. Which makes a lot of sense considering she is essentially a support, what she lacks in fighting prowess she would definitely make up for with her time ability keeping her partner alive.
