But I do wonder. Will we get the new OP this episode? Or we have to wait till episode 39 after all (since ep39 will start in 2 weeks time)? |

It's announced before that the new OP will drop in January, so it's not coming today. Episode 39 sounds likely since it might be the start of a new cour, being Episode 14 of Season 2 afterall and will be the first episode of January.

It's as bad as we thought: the right half of Mika's body is paralyzed.
Orga is summoned to Saisei for a personal talk with Barriston, and in summary, Barriston doesn't exactly approve of his ambition but lets him go with a warning. He takes Tekkadan's sakazuki cup from Orga on Orga's request, promising that if Tekkadan betrays Teiwaz, it won't be just the cutoff and breaking of the cup. Naze isn't exactly happy either, he gives a warning to Orga in his own way and says that even though Orga is sure he's doing it all and taking such risks for his family, Tekkadan, to Naze it looks like Orga doesn't care where he goes and what he's trying to reach, he just wants to reach something and be finally relieved... Orga starts to question his own motives after this, and it leads to the most powerful moment near the end of the episode, the honest talk between Orga and Mika, "I won't apologize," says Orga, and Mika answers that he wouldn't forgive Orga if he apologized. Mika didn't understand Kudelia's words about making a world where they won't have to fight, but now things became simpler because he doesn't need to think about those words anymore or try to understand them because he can only live fighting, in Barbatos. "You will take me there, Orga, right?" "I will." So, no words from anyone, no logic, no price and no sacrifices will stop Orga anymore. Oh, and Atra asks Kudelia to give birth to Mikazuki's child, because when Kudelia says she's a coward and didn't visit Mika until then because she was afraid Mika didn't change at all even now, and her fears got confirmed, Atra says that she's of the same opinion and it feels to her that Mika might go away somewhere and never return. "So, Kudelia-san, there is something I want to ask of you. Please make a baby with Mikazuki!" lol |

Shit. That was brutal kill, Mika! Was an epic battle! Loved the brutality and beastly battle style. Sure lived up to the name Barbatos!
And was that Belial that appeared during the discussion between McGillis and Isurugi? The rear view looks nice. Kinda reminds me of Freedom (deactive mode) due to the colour. Guessing McGillis will be piloting it then? |

I'm still in the middle of vacation and I ran as fast as possible to the cottage room to quietly watch this eps, and it doesn't disappoint: aka E.P.I.C. FIGHT!!!
Looks like the animators gave it their all for this episode before planning to go on vacation for the new year . Also, Mika at the end is pretty much "No Gundam, No Life". It almost breaks my heart watching him like that. And kudos for those who said that Hush will carry Mika around. You totally called it . Bring him a photo of Hashmal and he'll get it up just fine . Can't post much coz I still have something to attend after this. So yeah, enjoy your day/night, everyone.

Powerful episode. Seeing Mika in that condition makes me sad. But the fight between him and the MA was really awesome. Mika is really a beast slayer.
On the other hand... I really hate Sunrise for teasing a new Gjallerhorn machine without actually showing it in the end. I hope we see it next episode. On the other hand, i really liked that we see the Bael, although only from the rear. |

Barabtos was an absolute savage didn't fight like a Gundam at all more like an EVA also Hush become Mikazuki's own Isurugi is good and I like it, also we Finally get to see baal but man they really want to hide those colors but now shit gets real and Mika can't walk anymore but the fact that he can still fight is something even if its his only meaning in life

Man those first few minutes were mech porn, theres nothing else to say there, we all saw it, we all fucking loved it
I like how this episode builds on the Teiwaz sides of things, instead of going out of the way to resolve the Jasley issue, its basically whichever side wins the upcoming war gets the subcomander position and benefits of Mars, with Barristan prepared for either outcome. Naze can work with Tekkadan to whatever degree he wants as long as it doesnt fully endanger his family/conflicts with the boss while Jasley can pursue his connection with Iok and throw his lot in with Rustal (hooooo boy I cant wait to see Ioks incompetence backfire in his face) Naze is insightful as always BAEL!!!!! Hahaaaa cant waitttttt. And McGillis is clearly onto Gaelio, we also got to hear the cover story for his death and how Kimaris was retrieved and returned Juilietta finally getting her own new machine, it could be one of the two current mysterious mechs we currently know about (one shown at the last hobby show while the others silhouette was teased a few). Not a gundam btw based on the dialogue, so a new Gjallerhorn prototype/experimental machine. She deserves it for being competent at least Hahhahaah that moment with Atra and Kudelia, heartfelt suddenly went to hilarious XD Riden-Go? Fuck Shino's naming habits are rubbing off on the others >->. At least Ride has a AV unit now Called it!!!! Hush carries Mika around XD, though I wasnt expecting it to be potato sack style Thank god the previews did not hype anything, cuz we have to wait 2 weeks now Last edited by Skye629; 2016-12-25 at 07:29. |
