Looking for some good anime

I have gone through quite alot(but there are many left) and am just looking for some good anime, both that have ended and are ongoing.

The ones I watch which are ongoing:

Naruto
Bleach
Fairy Tail
One Piece

Even though I have watched Kanon, Clannad etc right now I'm not that interested in romance anime even though there can be romance in them.

Well, Hitman reborn I did watch a few episodes but it never got to me.

Air Gear

Soul Eater is an anime that centers around meisters and their weapons and their mission to collect 99 evil souls and 1 witch soul. Upon doing that the meister's weapons will become a Deathscythe, which is the highest title for a weapon. Maka, Soul Eater, Black Star, Tsubaki, Death the Kid, and Patty and Liz Thompson are the characters Soul Eater revolves around. Besides taking the time to gather souls these students of Shibusen defend Death City from some of the most powerful of creatures while still attending school and trying to become stronger.

In an overbuilt world, young Zed dreams of freedom and of a door. While fleeing the authority of his world, he is transported to a completely different place, a world of nature instead of machines. There he meets the young girl Roia and learns that he is a Shard Caster. He can cast Shards and control “Spirits”. Unbeknowst to Zed, his best friend Noah has also travelled to the new world. Noah and Zed become enmeshed in the ways of their new world, while growing into their new abilities.
