Fate: Yes, it’s been ten years… Oh wait, in the other world, it’s only been over a year. So really, since the year before last on Christmas.
Hayate: Currently we’re borrowing the Midchilda main broadcasting office for this recording/broadcast.
Nanoha: Last time it was just me and Fate-chan, but this time Hayate-chan is with us to make three.
Fate: We would like to talk about all sorts of things like our current status, the TSAB and Mobile Six with everyone.
Nanoha: Yes.
Fate: It’s only for a short while, but please take care of us/look forward to this.

Hayate: Well then, since this is my first time and there should be some people who don’t know anything about us, so why don’t we introduce ourselves. So, why don’t we start with our top ace?
Nanoha: Let’s see. Greetings once again, I am Nanoha Takamachi, age 19. I am a law enforcement officer and a current mage employed by the TSAB Central HQ. My deployment/division/unit is the Aerial Tactical Combat Corps, Section 5.
Hayate: She teaches advanced magic spells and combat/battle tactics/techniques to mages in the TSAB.
Nanoha: Now, Fate-chan.
Fate: Fate Testarossa Harlaown, also age 19. Apologies for my long name. Both Testarossa and Harlaown are my real last names. Much like Nanoha-chan, I am a mage employed by the TSAB Central HQ and officially called/titled an Enforcer.
Nanoha: She does directs/commands investigations and supervises judicial affairs, and is a highly skilled and accomplished elite. (bunbu youdou = pen and sword wielded equally.)
Fate: Ah, um, that’s not…
Hayate: But it is true.
Fate: Um, well that’s sort of what it is. You’re next Hayate.
Hayate: I’m the same as the other two. I am Hayate Yagami, a mage employed by the TSAB. Formerly I was an investigator from HQ, but this time around I founded my own Ancient Relic Control Division to counter unusual/rare Lost Logias called Mobile Six.
Nanoha: Our superior officer.
Fate: The commanding officer (Division Commander).
Hayate: Oh no, I just asked these two to join my division to help me out.
Nanoha: But we’re relying on you too.
Fate: Yup!
Hayate: Anyways, where should we start to explain our connection to each other?
Fate: Um, if we talk about it all, it will take too long.
Nanoha: Well to start, we’re childhood friends since we were in elementary school, third grade.
Hayate: Yes, yes, ever since then we declared ourselves magical girls and went on to solve many cases/incidents, protect the peace in our neighbourhood and lavish/spread love and courage to all!
Fate: Did we do that?
Nanoha: Um. Well, the end results were kinda like that…
Fate: Our various adventures for the last ten years… There are disks which hold videos/recordings of all our adventures when we were nine years old. To those who don’t know anything about us, they can watch it all through that medium.
Nanoha: It appears that they are sold in stores throughout the country and can be rented as well.
Hayate: Oh, and it looks like there’s mangas and novels too.
Nanoha: I… I guess I’m glad that all sorts of people from all sorts of places can watch my adventures but it’s also rather embarrassing.
Fate: Yeah, they do cover our childhood and junior high school days.
Hayate: Oh come on now, as TSAB mages, getting people know what the TSAB do and revealing the various jobs mages do is very important too. Who knows, maybe after watching your adventures it will inspire someone enough to become a mage too.
Nanoha: Ah hahah, I wonder if there is anyone like that out there. I would be happy if there was.
Fate: Yeah.
Hayate: We might be meeting one real soon.
Nanoha: Huh?
Hayate: Well, moving on…

Hayate: This is our first corner! We’ll be reading the questions you mailed in!
All: Yeah!
Hayate: From the people of our homeland, Unadministerated planet #97, Japan, Earth; we’ve received your letters with your questions.
Nanoha: We received numerous letters and so we’ve decided to pick out and answer the most important questions addressed to us.
Fate: Yes, well then, the first question. Over here in our world, we’ve watched the adventures of nine-year old Nanoha-san, Fate-chan and Hayate-chan on TV but this time, all of a sudden, six years plus another four have flown by. To be frank, I’m a bit bewildered. So tell me, what has happened over those years? Could you please tell us of your personal experiences, one by one?
Nanoha: I see…
Fate: Well then, who’ll answer first?
Hayate: Hm, why don’t we start with Fate-chan?
Nanoha: Yeah.
Fate: Me? Er, well, okay then. Ten years ago, during something called the Jewel Seed Case/Incident, I met Nanoha. Many things happened but eventually we became friends. During that time, the commander of the Asura/Athra Admiral Lindy adopted me and became my gentle family. There I began my own chosen path. The reason I chose the path to become an Enforcer is because of people like my mother who was at the heart of the Jewel Seed Case/Incident. I thought to myself, I would like to save as many people as possible caught up in their despair and sad fates with my own hands
Hayate: And so you studied hard and passed the exam at age 12 in the winter with flying colors.
Fate: Ah, yes, but to tell you the truth I failed the exam twice before.
Nanoha: Ah, but passing on the third try is actually normal, no actually really good. The Enforcer exam is really hard.
Hayate: Fate-chan’s onii-chan Chrono-kun, failed once too.
Fate: Ah hahaha. Um, well, that’s what happened. I’m right now working as something called an Enforcer, with the loving support of my family and friends I’ve followed the path I wanted to take. Since that winter when I was 12 until now, I’ve overseen 21 cases. In a number of cases, I’ve rescued some children from their sad fate/misfortune.
Nanoha: Even now she receives letters and pictures from those happy children.
Hayate: And Fate-chan has some kids she’s looking after too.
Fate: Ah, um, it’s not a really amazing thing. But I’ve asked to become the guardian of two children.
Nanoha: A ten year old boy and girl, Erio and Caro.
Hayate: They’re really cute and well behaved kids. You can really tell that those two are definitely the kind of kids Fate-chan would raise.
Nanoha: Yeah.
Fate: Um, I’m their guardian and I’ve looked after them but it’s not like I’ve raised them. By the time Caro met me, she was already quite mature/independent, and Erio was raised by an orphanage/institution I had chosen.
Nanoha: But I feel that Fate-chan really looked after them well though. Like a real family.
Fate: Um, without a doubt they’re very important children to me. Thus as an Enforcer, I have carried out/performed many jobs and duties. I received Hayate’s request for help in starting up her division and am now helping her out a bit. That is what has happened up until now.

Hayate: Hm, I guess I’m next then.
Nanoha: Yeah, go ahead.
Hayate: I, Yagami Hayate, during something called the YnS incident/case ten years ago, met Nanoha-chan and Fate-chan. If you want to understand the situation regarding me and my guardian knights in more details, please purchase and watch the DVDs.
After the case, I began my probation under the TSAB and eventually came to oversee TSAB missions myself. Together with my friends/companions Nanoha-chan and Fate-chan, I began my path as a mage. The rare skill and power/mana I received from my beloved child, I was deployed to many places and cases as a special investigator.
After thinking it over, I decided to take the TSAB advanced/senior officer/career exam and continued my path as a commanding/executive officer.
Nanoha: You got promoted to the top (Climbed to the top).
Hayate: Heh, well, my mage rank/class is merely a formality/decoration but it comes in handy sometimes.
Fate: You’re right, and creating/commanding a division was Hayate’s dream.
Hayate: I managed to found my dreamed of division/unit With everyone’s cooperation/support. Spent ten years, thinking of how to do my best/go forward for everyone’s sake. Okay, you next Nanoha-chan!
Nanoha: Yeah. Okay then, after the two cases I wanted to start using my magical power in a more responsible manner. But unlike the other two, all I was only good at flying in the sky.
F+H: Oh no, no, no.
Nanoha: Only good at flying in the sky, and a bit of skill in aerial combat.
Fate: Magical aerial combat, right?
Nanoha: I wanted to have a job like that and use techniques/skills in regards to that at work. So I planned on joining something called the Tactical (Battle Skills) Instruction Division/Corps. Though I did have a small misstep/accident but I managed to overcome that somehow. In the spring of my thirteen years, I entered the Instruction Corps. Hayate-chan and the Yagami family, my magic teacher Yuuno-kun and the always supportive Fate-chan, thanks to everyone I managed to reach my dreams.
Since then, I have been flying with my seniors and teaching battle/tactical techniques to young mages every day with pleasure.
Fate: She has plenty of practical experience and her teachings are thorough/careful, so everyone above her and her students are singing their praises (saying how esteemed/reputable she is).
Nanoha: I’m still a new recruit in the Tactical Instructor Corps, and I have plenty of skilled/amazing sempais/seniors above me, so I don’t think what they say is true.
Hayate: Out of us all, Nanoha-chan is the most famous. Lots of magazine articles appeared about her.
Fate: That’s true, I appeared in an article or two with Nanoha but the vast majority were about Nanoha only.
Hayate: Thanks to that, all the young kids look up to you!
Nanoha: Um, it’s probably because I got into the Tactical Instructor Corps so young and the story/details of my past before joining is very unusual/interesting. Er, how do I say? It’s like I’m a rare novelty/rarity, you know like a lesser panda or something like that.
Fate: Lesser Panda? What?
Hayate: But you know Fate-chan is similar in that regards. You’re admired in the eyes of everyone at HQ and by career minded young ones.
Fate: Er, really?
Nanoha: It makes you nervous, eh?
Hayate: You both possess so much talent/ability, so being famous is just natural!
Nanoha: It would be great if that was true.
Fate: Yeah…
Hayate: Well then, the next question. About the ten year relationship between Nanoha-san and Fate-san, are you still getting along well? Are you still love-love?
Fate: Um, well leaving the love-love aside, we’re great friends without change. Right?
Nanoha: Yes, we get along great, we’re best friends.
Hayate: Well, as your relatively new (trans: recent/ not as old) friend, it appears to me that the proper and gentle Fate-chan and wholeheartedly/earnestly honest/straightforward Nanoha-chan are still the greatest partners/combo out there. I think to myself everyday to myself how wonderful it is to have great friends who walk the same path together and support each other. Personally, all I do is depend on you two.
Fate: That’s true at all!
Nanoha: Yeah…
Hayate: Well then, onto the next question.

Nanoha: Hm, Hayate-san, how is the Yagami family? Are they well? How is little Reinforce?
Hayate: Signum, Vita, Shamal, Zafira and Rein: the entire Yagami family is well!
Nanoha: And I have been working closely with Signum-san lately. Same with Vita-chan!
Fate: Well, the two are aerial combat mages with the Air Force.
Hayate: All of them are members of Mobile Six, so we’ll be seeing them again. Oh, that reminds me, Vita-chan will be Nanoha-chan’s squad’s second in command/subordinate/lieutenant.
Nanoha: Yeah, I heard from Vita. Vita-chan also possesses an instructor license as well, look forward to working with her.
Hayate: Similarly Signum will be Fate-chan’s squad’s second in command/subordinate/lieutenant.
Fate: Huh? Really?
Hayate: Yeah, she’s going to be your direct subordinate and lieutenant, take care of her.
Fate: How nerve-wracking. Can’t we switch ranks?
Hayate: Signum told me: ‘If Testarossa requests to change/switch ranks/duties, make sure you get the facts pounded into her head. (tell her upfront that I refuse)’
Fate: Urg, she predicted me.
Nanoha: Fate-chan, do your best (fight).
Hayate: Well this division’s going to have a lot of familiar faces, so the dynamics will be the same. Things should be pretty smooth.
Nanoha: Though we will still have to do our jobs properly and well.
Hayate: Rein’s still a child but she’s doing her best in everything.
Fate: Really? I kinda feel she’s gotten a lot more mature though.
Nanoha: Yeah and when she’s with Vita-chan it looks like they’re great sisters. Seems like she’s a big help in a lot of things.
Hayate: Hehehe. Well Rein is learning all sorts of things from everyone and busy helping her superior officers with all sorts of things. She’s really energetic/happy and literally flying about!
Nanoha: When Rein’s about, things become interesting.
Hayate: Let’s see, next question. How’s Yuuno and Arf, Arisa and Suzuka and the Takamachi family?
Nanoha: Ah, Yuuno-kun is now the Head/Chief Librarian at the Infinite Archives/Library. He passes his days by publishing essays/articles/papers and going on archaeological digs, seems to be doing lots of scholarly work. I met him last week and when I have breaks/days off I go to visit him but it seems like that he won’t be involved with Mobile Six’s work too often.
Fate: I’m sure you’ll be able to bump into him once in awhile or see him at the Infinite Library when we need data/research done.
Hayate: And Nanoha-chan gets along with Yuuno-kun great as usual.
Nanoha: Yes, it’s quite good. We get along great!
Hayate: Er, um… Fate-chan, are you sure you know nothing’s going on between them?
Fate: Hm, it seems like Nanoha-chan and Yuuno-kun possess a unique bond between them that we can’t comprehend/understand at all. And it doesn’t seem like Yuuno feels any complaints/dissatisfaction about the current relationship, it feels like they’re like family or something like that.
(Nanoha: Huh? Hey, hey…)
Hayate: Well, their relationship is quite different from other people. And their dreams and jobs are quite different from each other…
(Nanoha: Fate-chan! Hayate-chan! We’re still on the air!)
Fate: Well, to tell you truth, we never had those sorts of conversations either…
Hayate: Um, well, they must have had lots of disagreements too…
Fate: It’s the same with me; I simply want to treat my friends, family and children more kindly than just getting along with them (bad translation).
(Nanoha: Hayate-chan, Fate-chan! Come back! Don’t leave me alone.)
Hayate: I agree with you completely. Oh hey! Well, in any case, Yuuno-kun is the same old Yuuno-kun and doing great.
Nanoha: Oh, I’m so glad, you came back.
Fate: He gets along great with Nanoha-chan, oh and with us as well!
Nanoha: Yeah!
Hayate: And what about Fate-chan’s cute little familiar, Arf?
Fate: Oh yes, there are lots of people in the other world who haven’t heard anything about it. Let’s see, four years ago Arf retired from TSAB active duty. Oh, it’s not because she’s injured or anything. It’s the result of a talk we had.
Hayate: What Arf wants to protect and how she’ll protect it right?
Fate: Yes, when I was still small and weak, she used to stay by my side all the time to protect me. But now that I grew up and can walk on my own (protect myself), Arf sensed it was time.
Nanoha: Yeah.
Fate: Things had changed; I told her I no longer needed to be protected. I could protect someone now. So she switched to a different form, so she wouldn’t use up a lot of my magic/mana. Now as a completely normal familiar, she helps around the Harlaown home.
Nanoha: She protects Fate-chan’s home now.
Fate: Yes, so I don’t think she’ll be coming to visit Mobile Six. She’s living together with Mother, Amy and her children happily.
Hayate: Oh, you sort of answered another part of the question. It probably wants to know, ‘What happened to Chrono and Amy?’.
Fate: Well, you see four years ago in winter, they started living together/married. They have two children now, so Amy resigned from her job and is now a full time mom/wife.
Nanoha: The children are twins, a girl and a boy!
Hayate: Arf is helping with the kids too. Amy-san always says how much a help Arf is around the house.
Fate: Yeah. Chrono transferred from the Athra/Asura to another ship and is currently commanding another ship. As a ship bound father, he doesn’t get come home often. I think he gets quite lonely since he can’t see his kids.
Nanoha: Sure looks like it.
Hayate: Next question was Suzuka-chan and Arisa-chan, and the Takamachi family.
Fate: Suzuka and Arisa are still great friends.
Hayate: They two of them are university students now.
Nanoha: Also, since I moved away from the entire Takamachi family to Headquarters in Midchilda and depending on my missions I’m on active duty 24 hours a day, so I can’t go visit home with my co-workers. But Café Midoriya is still open for business and everyone in my family are well.
Hayate: The people we were with ten years ago, though we might have moved away bit, we still keep in touch with everyone.
Fate: That’s how it is.
Nanoha: Yes.

08. A message for you – Since I had been a child…
Fate: Hello, this is Fate. Sorry it’s been awhile. Its spring now isn’t it? Since my childhood, every long awaited spring was a bit lonely but it was a wonderfully happy season.
A lot of time has passed since I began to say that my mother Lindy, older brother Chrono and (sister in law) Amy are my family without hesitation.
The children, who I saved from their sad reality and helped to find their dreams, are all doing well. The two children I’m watching over (I’m guardian of), Erio and Caro have chosen what they want to do and have begun walk their own paths (face their own futures). To tell you the truth it worries and scares me a bit. But as Mother and Nanoha taught me, all mothers/birds raising/watching over chicks (young children) in their safe nest (home) must feel the same too,
At my new workplace, Mobile Division Six, I want to support Hayate with my work. I want to protect my children and Nanoha. For those new recruits I have yet to meet, I want to help them find their own paths and help them. When I think about it, I become quite worried and a little nervous.
It’s probably because I had worked only as a trusted Enforcer aide until now and have been really quite fortunate. Since Mother, Chrono and Amy were adults, they ended up helping me because of it. I became quite distant from my charges as a result. This time, I have to think of everything I need to do by myself. I think that this is the source of my unease about my dependency.
But even though I’m a bit lost now, I’m sure everything will be all right because I have you watching/protecting over me. Because you give me courage, I can proudly face up to the sky. 09. A message for you – 10 Years since then…
Hayate: Hello, this is Yagami Hayate. Ten years… It passed so quickly. It seems such a short while ago since I left Japan to live in Midchilda. I can still remember Uminari’s roaring wind and waves, and the earth’s starry sky as if it was yesterday.
In that city, I had a painful parting but since then I’ve had many new meetings and a new life/heart was born. The feelings/memories and magic strenth/mana left behind by the ‘Blessed Wind’ has become one with my body. Though I can no longer talk to her, but the new ‘Blessed Wind’ I created/birthed is energetic as usual and happily flying around us. She is happily growing up.
Um, I can’t act like a bragging parent (oyabaka), so I can’t say this in front of her or other people but… But that child, Rein, as the Yagami family’s youngest child, truly lightens the heart of everyone.
As the successor to the “Blessed Wind” Reinforce name, I’m sure her predecessor who sleeps within me is very happy for her. It seems like it’ll take more time before she becomes a more mature (wonderful) adult but we have plenty of time, so we’ll take our time in teaching her all sorts of things. There are plenty of wonderful/great teachers around me for her. This of course, includes you.
I and Rein, Signum, Vita, Shamal and Zafira: The entire Yagami family is truly thankful for you constantly watching over us all. We will return this favour one day, I’m sure.
My dream of creating my own division, Mobile Six, is nearing completion. The entire Yagami family would be greatly thankful/overjoyed if you continue to support and watch over us as before. As they say… I just kinda wanted to say something serious for a change.

10. A message for you – Even more Smiles and Courage for you.
Nanoha: Hello, it’s been awhile. How have you been? This is Nanoha. My days are the same as usual, since discovering magic I’ve been speeding/rushing ahead towards the sky. On the path to the sky I have chosen, I sometimes end up stumbling and resting my wings occasionally. Before I realized it, ten years passed already. It was really quite sudden to me.
Oh yes, Hayate’s division, the official deployment/creation date for Mobile Six has been decided. Borrowing talented personnel for a division outside of the Tactical Division is quite unusual and took longer than we thought. It took some time but my superiors and seniors at the Tactical school, and some of my subordinates/juniors seem ready to smile and say ‘have a good trip’ to me.
The day I meet the new recruits for the Mobile Six that I’m going to be teaching is soon too. It’s not often I get to train new recruits over a long period of time, so I’m a little nervous but I’m also quite await it with excitement/joy. I’ll be teaching those recruits carefully/firmly so that they will be stronger than anyone they face and someday have the honor of being called ‘first class mages’ by everyone.
Oh though, I must admit that I’m quite a ways away from being a ‘first class mage’ myself. That particular aspect is still a long time coming… In any case, I really look forward to meeting the new recruits.
Because you watch over me, I can stand up over and over again from my failures/missteps and fly freely toward the sky. When everything is ready and we receive a day off… Fate-chan, Hayate-chan, all members and new recruits of the division will come and visit you together.

Nanoha: Let’s see. Greetings once again, I am Nanoha Takamachi, age 19. I am a law enforcement officer and a current mage employed by the TSAB Central HQ. My deployment/division/unit is the Aerial Tactical Combat Corps, Section 5.
Hayate: She teaches advanced magic spells and combat/battle tactics/techniques to mages in the TSAB.
Nanoha: Now, Fate-chan.
Fate: Fate Testarossa Harlaown, also age 19. Apologies for my long name. Both Testarossa and Harlaown are my real last names. Much like Nanoha-chan, I am a mage employed by the TSAB Central HQ and officially called/titled an Enforcer.
Nanoha: She does directs/commands investigations and supervises judicial affairs, and is a highly skilled and accomplished elite. (bunbu youdou = pen and sword wielded equally.)
Fate: Ah, um, that’s not…
Hayate: But it is true.
Fate: Um, well that’s sort of what it is. You’re next Hayate.
Hayate: I’m the same as the other two. I am Hayate Yagami, a mage employed by the TSAB. Formerly I was an investigator from HQ, but this time around I founded my own Ancient Relic Control Division to counter unusual/rare Lost Logias called Mobile Six.
Nanoha: Our superior officer.
Fate: The commanding officer (Division Commander).
Hayate: Oh no, I just asked these two to join my division to help me out.
Nanoha: But we’re relying on you too.
Fate: Yup!
Hayate: Anyways, where should we start to explain our connection to each other?
Fate: Um, if we talk about it all, it will take too long.
Nanoha: Well to start, we’re childhood friends since we were in elementary school, third grade.
Hayate: Yes, yes, ever since then we declared ourselves magical girls and went on to solve many cases/incidents, protect the peace in our neighbourhood and lavish/spread love and courage to all!
Fate: Did we do that?
Nanoha: Um. Well, the end results were kinda like that…
Fate: Our various adventures for the last ten years… There are disks which hold videos/recordings of all our adventures when we were nine years old. To those who don’t know anything about us, they can watch it all through that medium.
Nanoha: It appears that they are sold in stores throughout the country and can be rented as well.
Hayate: Oh, and it looks like there’s mangas and novels too.
Nanoha: I… I guess I’m glad that all sorts of people from all sorts of places can watch my adventures but it’s also rather embarrassing.
Fate: Yeah, they do cover our childhood and junior high school days.
Hayate: Oh come on now, as TSAB mages, getting people know what the TSAB do and revealing the various jobs mages do is very important too. Who knows, maybe after watching your adventures it will inspire someone enough to become a mage too.
Nanoha: Ah hahah, I wonder if there is anyone like that out there. I would be happy if there was.
Fate: Yeah.
Hayate: We might be meeting one real soon.

Hayate: From the people of our homeland, Unadministerated planet #97, Japan, Earth; we’ve received your letters with your questions.
Nanoha: We received numerous letters and so we’ve decided to pick out and answer the most important questions addressed to us.
Fate: Yes, well then, the first question. Over here in our world, we’ve watched the adventures of nine-year old Nanoha-san, Fate-chan and Hayate-chan on TV but this time, all of a sudden, six years plus another four have flown by. To be frank, I’m a bit bewildered. So tell me, what has happened over those years? Could you please tell us of your personal experiences, one by one?
Nanoha: I see…
Fate: Well then, who’ll answer first?
Hayate: Hm, why don’t we start with Fate-chan?
Nanoha: Yeah.
Fate: Me? Er, well, okay then. Ten years ago, during something called the Jewel Seed Case/Incident, I met Nanoha. Many things happened but eventually we became friends. During that time, the commander of the Asura/Athra Admiral Lindy adopted me and became my gentle family. There I began my own chosen path. The reason I chose the path to become an Enforcer is because of people like my mother who was at the heart of the Jewel Seed Case/Incident. I thought to myself, I would like to save as many people as possible caught up in their despair and sad fates with my own hands
Hayate: And so you studied hard and passed the exam at age 12 in the winter with flying colors.
Fate: Ah, yes, but to tell you the truth I failed the exam twice before.
Nanoha: Ah, but passing on the third try is actually normal, no actually really good. The Enforcer exam is really hard.
Hayate: Fate-chan’s onii-chan Chrono-kun, failed once too.
Fate: Ah hahaha. Um, well, that’s what happened. I’m right now working as something called an Enforcer, with the loving support of my family and friends I’ve followed the path I wanted to take. Since that winter when I was 12 until now, I’ve overseen 21 cases. In a number of cases, I’ve rescued some children from their sad fate/misfortune.
Nanoha: Even now she receives letters and pictures from those happy children.
Hayate: And Fate-chan has some kids she’s looking after too.
Fate: Ah, um, it’s not a really amazing thing. But I’ve asked to become the guardian of two children.
Nanoha: A ten year old boy and girl, Erio and Caro.
Hayate: They’re really cute and well behaved kids. You can really tell that those two are definitely the kind of kids Fate-chan would raise.
Nanoha: Yeah.
Fate: Um, I’m their guardian and I’ve looked after them but it’s not like I’ve raised them. By the time Caro met me, she was already quite mature/independent, and Erio was raised by an orphanage/institution I had chosen.
Nanoha: But I feel that Fate-chan really looked after them well though. Like a real family.
Fate: Um, without a doubt they’re very important children to me. Thus as an Enforcer, I have carried out/performed many jobs and duties. I received Hayate’s request for help in starting up her division and am now helping her out a bit. That is what has happened up until now.

Nanoha: Yeah, go ahead.
Hayate: I, Yagami Hayate, during something called the YnS incident/case ten years ago, met Nanoha-chan and Fate-chan. If you want to understand the situation regarding me and my guardian knights in more details, please purchase and watch the DVDs.
After the case, I began my probation under the TSAB and eventually came to oversee TSAB missions myself. Together with my friends/companions Nanoha-chan and Fate-chan, I began my path as a mage. The rare skill and power/mana I received from my beloved child, I was deployed to many places and cases as a special investigator.
After thinking it over, I decided to take the TSAB advanced/senior officer/career exam and continued my path as a commanding/executive officer.
Nanoha: You got promoted to the top (Climbed to the top).
Hayate: Heh, well, my mage rank/class is merely a formality/decoration but it comes in handy sometimes.
Fate: You’re right, and creating/commanding a division was Hayate’s dream.
Hayate: I managed to found my dreamed of division/unit With everyone’s cooperation/support. Spent ten years, thinking of how to do my best/go forward for everyone’s sake. Okay, you next Nanoha-chan!
Nanoha: Yeah. Okay then, after the two cases I wanted to start using my magical power in a more responsible manner. But unlike the other two, all I was only good at flying in the sky.
F+H: Oh no, no, no.
Nanoha: Only good at flying in the sky, and a bit of skill in aerial combat.
Fate: Magical aerial combat, right?
Nanoha: I wanted to have a job like that and use techniques/skills in regards to that at work. So I planned on joining something called the Tactical (Battle Skills) Instruction Division/Corps. Though I did have a small misstep/accident but I managed to overcome that somehow. In the spring of my thirteen years, I entered the Instruction Corps. Hayate-chan and the Yagami family, my magic teacher Yuuno-kun and the always supportive Fate-chan, thanks to everyone I managed to reach my dreams.
Since then, I have been flying with my seniors and teaching battle/tactical techniques to young mages every day with pleasure.
Fate: She has plenty of practical experience and her teachings are thorough/careful, so everyone above her and her students are singing their praises (saying how esteemed/reputable she is).
Nanoha: I’m still a new recruit in the Tactical Instructor Corps, and I have plenty of skilled/amazing sempais/seniors above me, so I don’t think what they say is true.
Hayate: Out of us all, Nanoha-chan is the most famous. Lots of magazine articles appeared about her.
Fate: That’s true, I appeared in an article or two with Nanoha but the vast majority were about Nanoha only.
Hayate: Thanks to that, all the young kids look up to you!
Nanoha: Um, it’s probably because I got into the Tactical Instructor Corps so young and the story/details of my past before joining is very unusual/interesting. Er, how do I say? It’s like I’m a rare novelty/rarity, you know like a lesser panda or something like that.
Fate: Lesser Panda? What?
Hayate: But you know Fate-chan is similar in that regards. You’re admired in the eyes of everyone at HQ and by career minded young ones.
Fate: Er, really?
Nanoha: It makes you nervous, eh?
Hayate: You both possess so much talent/ability, so being famous is just natural!
Nanoha: It would be great if that was true.
Fate: Yeah…
Hayate: Well then, the next question. About the ten year relationship between Nanoha-san and Fate-san, are you still getting along well? Are you still love-love?
Fate: Um, well leaving the love-love aside, we’re great friends without change. Right?
Nanoha: Yes, we get along great, we’re best friends.
Hayate: Well, as your relatively new (trans: recent/ not as old) friend, it appears to me that the proper and gentle Fate-chan and wholeheartedly/earnestly honest/straightforward Nanoha-chan are still the greatest partners/combo out there. I think to myself everyday to myself how wonderful it is to have great friends who walk the same path together and support each other. Personally, all I do is depend on you two.
Fate: That’s true at all!
Nanoha: Yeah…
Hayate: Well then, onto the next question.

Nanoha: And I have been working closely with Signum-san lately. Same with Vita-chan!
Fate: Well, the two are aerial combat mages with the Air Force.
Hayate: All of them are members of Mobile Six, so we’ll be seeing them again. Oh, that reminds me, Vita-chan will be Nanoha-chan’s squad’s second in command/subordinate/lieutenant.
Nanoha: Yeah, I heard from Vita. Vita-chan also possesses an instructor license as well, look forward to working with her.
Hayate: Similarly Signum will be Fate-chan’s squad’s second in command/subordinate/lieutenant.
Fate: Huh? Really?
Hayate: Yeah, she’s going to be your direct subordinate and lieutenant, take care of her.
Fate: How nerve-wracking. Can’t we switch ranks?
Hayate: Signum told me: ‘If Testarossa requests to change/switch ranks/duties, make sure you get the facts pounded into her head. (tell her upfront that I refuse)’
Fate: Urg, she predicted me.
Nanoha: Fate-chan, do your best (fight).
Hayate: Well this division’s going to have a lot of familiar faces, so the dynamics will be the same. Things should be pretty smooth.
Nanoha: Though we will still have to do our jobs properly and well.
Hayate: Rein’s still a child but she’s doing her best in everything.
Fate: Really? I kinda feel she’s gotten a lot more mature though.
Nanoha: Yeah and when she’s with Vita-chan it looks like they’re great sisters. Seems like she’s a big help in a lot of things.
Hayate: Hehehe. Well Rein is learning all sorts of things from everyone and busy helping her superior officers with all sorts of things. She’s really energetic/happy and literally flying about!
Nanoha: When Rein’s about, things become interesting.
Hayate: Let’s see, next question. How’s Yuuno and Arf, Arisa and Suzuka and the Takamachi family?
Nanoha: Ah, Yuuno-kun is now the Head/Chief Librarian at the Infinite Archives/Library. He passes his days by publishing essays/articles/papers and going on archaeological digs, seems to be doing lots of scholarly work. I met him last week and when I have breaks/days off I go to visit him but it seems like that he won’t be involved with Mobile Six’s work too often.
Fate: I’m sure you’ll be able to bump into him once in awhile or see him at the Infinite Library when we need data/research done.
Hayate: And Nanoha-chan gets along with Yuuno-kun great as usual.
Nanoha: Yes, it’s quite good. We get along great!
Hayate: Er, um… Fate-chan, are you sure you know nothing’s going on between them?
Fate: Hm, it seems like Nanoha-chan and Yuuno-kun possess a unique bond between them that we can’t comprehend/understand at all. And it doesn’t seem like Yuuno feels any complaints/dissatisfaction about the current relationship, it feels like they’re like family or something like that.
(Nanoha: Huh? Hey, hey…)
Hayate: Well, their relationship is quite different from other people. And their dreams and jobs are quite different from each other…
(Nanoha: Fate-chan! Hayate-chan! We’re still on the air!)
Fate: Well, to tell you truth, we never had those sorts of conversations either…
Hayate: Um, well, they must have had lots of disagreements too…
Fate: It’s the same with me; I simply want to treat my friends, family and children more kindly than just getting along with them (bad translation).
(Nanoha: Hayate-chan, Fate-chan! Come back! Don’t leave me alone.)
Hayate: I agree with you completely. Oh hey! Well, in any case, Yuuno-kun is the same old Yuuno-kun and doing great.
Nanoha: Oh, I’m so glad, you came back.
Fate: He gets along great with Nanoha-chan, oh and with us as well!
Nanoha: Yeah!
Hayate: And what about Fate-chan’s cute little familiar, Arf?
Fate: Oh yes, there are lots of people in the other world who haven’t heard anything about it. Let’s see, four years ago Arf retired from TSAB active duty. Oh, it’s not because she’s injured or anything. It’s the result of a talk we had.
Hayate: What Arf wants to protect and how she’ll protect it right?
Fate: Yes, when I was still small and weak, she used to stay by my side all the time to protect me. But now that I grew up and can walk on my own (protect myself), Arf sensed it was time.
Nanoha: Yeah.
Fate: Things had changed; I told her I no longer needed to be protected. I could protect someone now. So she switched to a different form, so she wouldn’t use up a lot of my magic/mana. Now as a completely normal familiar, she helps around the Harlaown home.
Nanoha: She protects Fate-chan’s home now.
Fate: Yes, so I don’t think she’ll be coming to visit Mobile Six. She’s living together with Mother, Amy and her children happily.
Hayate: Oh, you sort of answered another part of the question. It probably wants to know, ‘What happened to Chrono and Amy?’.
Fate: Well, you see four years ago in winter, they started living together/married. They have two children now, so Amy resigned from her job and is now a full time mom/wife.
Nanoha: The children are twins, a girl and a boy!
Hayate: Arf is helping with the kids too. Amy-san always says how much a help Arf is around the house.
Fate: Yeah. Chrono transferred from the Athra/Asura to another ship and is currently commanding another ship. As a ship bound father, he doesn’t get come home often. I think he gets quite lonely since he can’t see his kids.
Nanoha: Sure looks like it.
Hayate: Next question was Suzuka-chan and Arisa-chan, and the Takamachi family.
Fate: Suzuka and Arisa are still great friends.
Hayate: They two of them are university students now.
Nanoha: Also, since I moved away from the entire Takamachi family to Headquarters in Midchilda and depending on my missions I’m on active duty 24 hours a day, so I can’t go visit home with my co-workers. But Café Midoriya is still open for business and everyone in my family are well.
Hayate: The people we were with ten years ago, though we might have moved away bit, we still keep in touch with everyone.
Fate: That’s how it is.
Nanoha: Yes.

Fate: Hello, this is Fate. Sorry it’s been awhile. Its spring now isn’t it? Since my childhood, every long awaited spring was a bit lonely but it was a wonderfully happy season.
A lot of time has passed since I began to say that my mother Lindy, older brother Chrono and (sister in law) Amy are my family without hesitation.
The children, who I saved from their sad reality and helped to find their dreams, are all doing well. The two children I’m watching over (I’m guardian of), Erio and Caro have chosen what they want to do and have begun walk their own paths (face their own futures). To tell you the truth it worries and scares me a bit. But as Mother and Nanoha taught me, all mothers/birds raising/watching over chicks (young children) in their safe nest (home) must feel the same too,
At my new workplace, Mobile Division Six, I want to support Hayate with my work. I want to protect my children and Nanoha. For those new recruits I have yet to meet, I want to help them find their own paths and help them. When I think about it, I become quite worried and a little nervous.
It’s probably because I had worked only as a trusted Enforcer aide until now and have been really quite fortunate. Since Mother, Chrono and Amy were adults, they ended up helping me because of it. I became quite distant from my charges as a result. This time, I have to think of everything I need to do by myself. I think that this is the source of my unease about my dependency.
But even though I’m a bit lost now, I’m sure everything will be all right because I have you watching/protecting over me. Because you give me courage, I can proudly face up to the sky. For you gentle listeners/viewers, I will become stronger than I am now, so that with these hands I can protect everyone. So that I can properly answer your words and feelings. So that one day, we can take our tiem to talk like we used to back then.
I wait for that day with anticipation. This was Fate.

09. A message for you – 10 Years since then…
Hayate: Hello, this is Yagami Hayate. Ten years… It passed so quickly. It seems such a short while ago since I left Japan to live in Midchilda. I can still remember Uminari’s roaring wind and waves, and the earth’s starry sky as if it was yesterday.
In that city, I had a painful parting but since then I’ve had many new meetings and a new life/heart was born. The feelings/memories and magic strenth/mana left behind by the ‘Blessed Wind’ has become one with my body. Though I can no longer talk to her, but the new ‘Blessed Wind’ I created/birthed is energetic as usual and happily flying around us. She is happily growing up.
Um, I can’t act like a bragging parent (oyabaka), so I can’t say this in front of her or other people but… But that child, Rein, as the Yagami family’s youngest child, truly lightens the heart of everyone.
As the successor to the “Blessed Wind” Reinforce name, I’m sure her predecessor who sleeps within me is very happy for her. It seems like it’ll take more time before she becomes a more mature (wonderful) adult but we have plenty of time, so we’ll take our time in teaching her all sorts of things. There are plenty of wonderful/great teachers around me for her. This of course, includes you.
I and Rein, Signum, Vita, Shamal and Zafira: The entire Yagami family is truly thankful for you constantly watching over us all. We will return this favour one day, I’m sure.
My dream of creating my own division, Mobile Six, is nearing completion. The entire Yagami family would be greatly thankful/overjoyed if you continue to support and watch over us as before. As they say… I just kinda wanted to say something serious for a change.
Please, come visit Mobile Six one day. Nanoha-chan, Fate-chan and my family/children, I’m sure everyone will be waiting for you.

Nanoha: Hello, it’s been awhile. How have you been? This is Nanoha. My days are the same as usual, since discovering magic I’ve been speeding/rushing ahead towards the sky. On the path to the sky I have chosen, I sometimes end up stumbling and resting my wings occasionally. Before I realized it, ten years passed already. It was really quite sudden to me.
Oh yes, Hayate’s division, the official deployment/creation date for Mobile Six has been decided. Borrowing talented personnel for a division outside of the Tactical Division is quite unusual and took longer than we thought. It took some time but my superiors and seniors at the Tactical school, and some of my subordinates/juniors seem ready to smile and say ‘have a good trip’ to me.
The day I meet the new recruits for the Mobile Six that I’m going to be teaching is soon too. It’s not often I get to train new recruits over a long period of time, so I’m a little nervous but I’m also quite await it with excitement/joy. I’ll be teaching those recruits carefully/firmly so that they will be stronger than anyone they face and someday have the honor of being called ‘first class mages’ by everyone.
Oh though, I must admit that I’m quite a ways away from being a ‘first class mage’ myself. That particular aspect is still a long time coming… In any case, I really look forward to meeting the new recruits.
Because you watch over me, I can stand up over and over again from my failures/missteps and fly freely toward the sky. When everything is ready and we receive a day off… Fate-chan, Hayate-chan, all members and new recruits of the division will come and visit you together.

The show is actually called GOLD RUSH ★水樹奈々のＭの世界★ and it's pretty boring the M stands for things I forget. I think Music, Mizuki and some other things. It ended, but then was brought back to life. And here we hear Nana saying "This is.... curry!" orz
I think the best part of the show I've been linked to is where she had to say that "Watch TV from a safe distance with the room brightly lit" thing in Fate's voice. I forget if the yandere Nana was from this show or a different radio one 'cause Fukuen Misato makes Nana do tonnes of loool stuff on Smile Gang, like making Nana pretend she's naked. Protip: Nana hates tomato juice.
The translations have been complete since about April, I think. AtomicoX's subs on Youtube are up to track 17 (of 21) on disc 2.
I took a look at the tracklist of the second disc on Wikipedia, and I realized the longest one that I'm sure will fit somehow is Track 19.
Also...I was listening again to the first track of disc two...and it turns out there's a few errors in terms of translations.
I had to listen to it like ten times before I found the small error.
It was when Otto mentioned that there's no third grader that has the title of librarian.
In the translation...it's put as "Oh~!". That part appears wrong.
Vivio says "Mou!" Literally translated as "Geez." (I know there's another possible meaning for it but I just can't put my finger around it for some reason). [It's sort of difficult to catch but that was the reason why I had to listen to it numerous times before I caught it].
I'll have to listen to the tracks again and then I'll try to see what I can do about the other tracks based on what I got from it and point out the errors.
From my personal perspective, such small words doesn't really matter (for the vids). They are just plain annoying to insert - I hate them - because they appear for less than a second, and usually you are able to understand what they mean, just by listening to the tone of them. They have a bigger purpose as text, but not as "subtitle".

Recently on one of the planets it appears that a film is being produced/created about my mothers. I heard that the movie is supposed be based on both Nanoha-mama’s and Fate-mama’s childhood.
In order to monitor accuracy (accuracy of the script) and to provide some material, I and Nanoha-mama are heading out to the outskirts of Midchilda where the movie is being produced (where the production/movie company is located).

Subaru: Whoa, the perfect team/battle line-up. No matter what happens, we’ll be able to deal with it.
