Seeing that Excalibur released the banned episode (38) a few weeks ago, isn't there a possibility then that the rest is also available for fansubbing purpose? I'd just love to see this anime in Japanese with English subs. I always thought that there were no RAWs available but now, I'm starting to doubt that fact. Can someone tell me more?

Do not ask for licensed anime or manga
As described in Fansubbing and Licensing fansubs are technically illegal as they breach copyright. However as AnimeSuki.com does not wish to be associated with piracy, discussions about unlawfully getting licensed anime or manga or even DVD rips are not allowed. This means it is not allowed to post links to sites with such licensed material or ways to obtain it illegally, or ask for links or instructions to be emailed or PM'ed to you. Threads which break this rule will be either closed or simply deleted.

The Japanese version isn't licensed right?

Pokemon has been licenced in the US so it is not allowed to ask for the original version.

Try finding it on DVD.

Even if only the US version is available and no subbed version,
licensed is licensed I'm afraid. The same goes for series like Yu-Gi-Oh!
