Are you talking about Ohayocon? You probably are since its the only anime convention that I know of in Ohio. I've gone the past 2 years and probably will this year. Last year if my memory serves me right it had meeting rooms where you could ask american voice actors of anime questions, and also rooms to display one's art, watch anime, video game rooms, and just plain buy what you want that's japan/anime related. Its been like that as long as I can remember. Theres supposedly a cosplay parade, but I have never stayed long enough to see it. I believe its taking place next weekend.
