Here's an attempt. Due to AS filesize limit, I chose to compromise size and quality for greater animation. If you want larger size and greater quality, the amount of animation must be reduced. Let me know if you want that instead.

Could I get this image to be edited and minimized to the largest allowed size signature allotted? I would also appreciate it if you could "spice up" the background with some black-ish designs. Nothing fancy, just a bit of stuff to fill in the mahogany abyss that lies behind the line of characters.

You may want to save the image and upload it to elsewhere. As far as I can see, the image can't be viewed in full size unless you register and I doubt many actually are registered at Pixiv.
