I have little doubt KAMIki is some kind of God after this talk, but I think he is aware of it though, and reincarnated as a human to toy more up close and personal with them. Aqua and Ruby were chosen to dispose of him.

LOL at both Aqua and Ruby being upset at how immature she plays their child selves.I also like how Kana tries to revise history by acting like she always found Aqua charming.

I checked the original moments for fun and her Aqua wasn't too far off. She definitely exaggerated with Ruby though.

The newly revealed backstory just makes Tsukuyomi's actions even weirder. If she's that fond of them, why was she trying to push them down a dark path?

Kana makes a surprising comeback! Kana becoming Sushi no Ko's poster girl was this year's April fools. Yep, it actually exists. You'd definitely think it was made up given the title of the series.

The movie scenes made me even more confused about what Aqua is trying to do. He's made Kamiki extremely sympathetic, and removed his obvious involvement in the Himekawa's "double suicide".

I recall one of the girls (I think it was actually Frill) saying something like just reading the script makes it obvious Aqua is out to kill his father. That's not the impression I'm getting at all from this movie so far.

I sometimes wonder if Aqua is aware of the things he says to Kana or it's just an accident. He displayed a similar charm in the series' first chapter to Ruby in their past lives.

Still, I also wonder if Ruby will find it suspicious how similar is the man she is talking with since he is basically identical to the son

Honestly, I'm tired of little sisters being attracted to the older brothers.

Granted, in this case it makes sense because Sarina was attracted to Goro (and thankfully Goro acts like the epitome of reincarnated men by acting like an actual adult rather than acting like a perv).

That being said, I grant Aka the award for having the balls to go all in with it rather than being lazy with it like so many others.

There is nothing wrong with wincest. WHAT is wrong is that authors usually use it for gags rather than for serious relationships.

Ruby doesn't recognize her father because Aqua apparently didn't tell her, which doesn't surprise me. He doesn't want her to go after him and risk herself, in the same way that he didn't want Akane to go after Kamiki.

As for Kamiki, I think he was about to kill her because he saw she was shining so brightly in that moment, even when there was no guarantee he could get away with it. Dude has so many problems its not funny.
