...I'm not 100% for the translation on the guy's phrase in the second pic. Theres just too little to give a 100% translation. I can make atleast 3 other definitions out of that phrase. It just depends on the context used.

@Dingo : 男のロマン can be translated to "A man's romance", but ロマン can be translated to something else depending on context.

Ehm, I'm not very good at Japanese tbh, so it would take me longer than I am willing to spend to translate all that stuff in the boxes to the right. (I'll leave it to when shinku reads your request, lol.)

But as for the things you circled and then pointed to with mouse-drawn arrows. (lol)

All 3 say "Used article/goods"
After the hyphen, the top and bottom one you circled proceed with saying "Good/Excellent", the middle one says "Almost new/As good as new".

I presume this indicates product condition.

I've always found Japanese age verification based on comprehension of what seems to be innuendo fascinating. I was wondering if anyone could translate a few and explain what the 'trick' to them is. I've found a few examples of which I believe it shouldn't be problematic for the whole PG-13 thing in the rules if the answers become known.

For example:

Under child guard, there is what appears to be a mathematical problem, however the amount of text in it and the fact that I read somewhere that the answer is '69' makes me rather curious as to what precisely the text is suggesting/asking.

P.S. I went though this site, couldn't see anything pornographic in the site itself. Unless computer animated images of girls in underwear are considered such, I would hope not.

This is another one I found, it came with a file rather than a site, won't go into what file etc. here for obvious reasons.

Warning: In the spoiler text below there is a link to a banner-page, some of which point to adult sites (though they still have a yes-no page). It's nothing you wouldnt find on google or w/e, no direct access to content, but still it's prolly best not to follow the link if under 13.

Anyhow, I find this quite interesting; it doesn't check actual age... but let's face it: Age is but a number, I am guessing that these things try to test how much 'adult knowledge' the user has, lol. At least it's not as fraud-sensitive as all those US websites which keep asking for credit cards for 'age validation' purposes.

In the second case, it might just be an attempt at generating revenue through viewed/clicked banners though. ;-)
