Off the top of my head,
Homeworld, very nice sci fi settings and overall ambience... Karen Sjet will be a moe! XD Front Mission or Mechwarrior series. Mecha that looks like weapons of war is just sexy. Thief, Garrett is one of the best anti hero male lead i ve seen. A thief in a medieval steampunk universe. Planescape: Torment, enough said. If u dont know why this is good, go wiki it. Freespace 2, very few sci fi animes or games manage to capture the chaotic dogfights of a space battle. Freespace 2 is one of the few exception.

I'd like to see....
Legend of Zelda Kingdom Hearts Star Ocean (based off of either 1, 3, 4, or even a remake of SO EX but this time having it closer to how the game was). Megaman X (not just the OVA but a full anime) Time Hollow Lux-Pain Custom Robo Mother (1, 2, and 3) And I guess that's about it. |

After reading Jazzrat mention Freespace, a game I remember that I would love to see a anime of is Crimson Skies, a very underrated at its time.
Some other stuff that comes to mind now are Fable, Discworld and a particular fav of mine Grim Fandango.

Fallout.
Just so I can hear the sound of hundreds of No Mutants Allowed denizens all simultaneously engaging in massive nerd rage. Front Mission should have already been made into an anime. We need more real Real Robot shows, not another Code Geass R2 or more Giant-Robot-Acts-Like-A-Space-Fighter--er, Gundam. (CG actually did fulfill this requirement for much of S1; almost all mech fights were on the ground only, and the only implausible mech was Lancelot).

I have been longing for a Suikoden anime since its 3rd game. My adoration for this series of games aggrandized my valuing of many things. The melodies, the vast settings, the sceneries, the characters, the culture, the tale, the harmony, the atmosphere, the development, the history, the nature, the elements, the solid foundation and design within the story brought me a nice refreshing experience ^_^.

Somehow forgot to mention it on my first post, but another game I would love to see an anime made for is Final Fantasy Tactics!
*Following videos contain spoilers from the game: Spoiler:
There's so much story to the game, they could easily made a focus on the drama of it all and still come out with something worth watching. Wouldn't mind my fair share of action and battles, though!

That would cost. Another movie could work like that. If the movie was made similar to how they made Karas, that would be insanely awesome. The animated movie was pretty good imho, so there's not reason to think an anime wouldn't work either. I'd much prefer they make a manga for it instead of an anime tho.
