Why would you be ashamed for being white or a guy? Seriously how does that make any sense? How other people voted does not change how you voted.

Fuck, I'm never going to be ashamed of who I am just because some other idiot that looked similar to me did something stupid.

Also people trashing on whites is what led to this result of Trump winning. You can't constantly trash a large percentage of the population talking about how racist and sexist they are without seeing consequences for it and the truth is that a lot of people have felt alienated by the push from groups along these lines for the last year or so.

How did that saying go? That America "will do the right thing eventually, after trying absolutely everything else first".

If you remember correctly Andrew Jackson defied a Court Order because he really hated a minority group. Oh and Gulliani might be Trump's AG.
Well, it is time to look at "House of Cards" to see what a Trump presidency would look like.

As they say, it is not over until it is over. While Alaska is not usually that important, they aren't quite finished yet. Hawaii is starting to report in. Trump still needs at least two states to win, perhaps three since Alaska is a place too. Winning just Alaska, Wisconsin ,and Arizona wouldn't be enough for 270 (n fact that would be 268). Meaning he'd need a fourth state, but any state at that point.

This is certainly closer than it has been in a while.

I hope he's able to reverse the 'progress' that you've done over the last 20 years.

This is a great day for half of America. The other half, well, welcome to the other side of the last 8 years, again. The Pendulum swings. Remember that.

Merkel is going to be done with the migrant issue. France is going to elect Marine Le Pen. I see it all now.

Putin is laughing hysterically right about now. Good job America.

I'm ashamed to be affiliated with a bunch of racists. The GOP and the majority of white males in this country are a bunch of white nationalists. End of story.

Basic human decency died in America today.

Trump already went further than what that TV show did.

Frankly if the best thing a Trump supporter can say is "Trump probably wouldn't do anything he promised", I question if he was telling the truth.

Namely, all signs point to his supporters know exactly what they wanted from him, but just refuse to say it out loud.

It's white shaming.

When white people vote massively for one candidate, the media spins it as racist.
When black or other nationality/colors vote massively for one candidate, the media spins it as "good".

When men massively support one candidate, the media spins it as sexist.
When women massively support one candidate, the media spins it as something good.

It doesn't matter what color you are or what sex you are... The media, however, loves to play the racial card.

He's up in PA by 1% with 97% of the votes counted and Michigan by 1.7% with 83% of the votes counted. It's pretty much over.

Ironically the new right-wing AfD party could end up saving Merkel by gaining enough votes to prevent a left majority consisting of Social Democrats, Lefts and Green.

Btw, didn't Johnson got more than 5% of the votes? Shouldn't he get funds then?

You're not affiliated with them, except you seem to be forcing yourself to be affiliated with them out of some weird sense of guilt. Those people are not you. You have no share of the blame right or wrong for what they chose to do.

Johnson has ~3.2%.

He got 3.6 million votes. The difference between Clinton and Trump is ~800k. Just putting that out there.

I also wouldn't be surprised if Trump cracks down on things like state marijuana legalization using federal authority, and gets us further involved in Iraq and Syria against ISIS.
It's not only a severe economic downturn; it's going to be a clusterfuck of biblical proportions when people will realise they have been screwed all around when some jobs will simply never come back in a day and age when we use more machines/robots for industry and drop coal in favor of green energy.

On racism and violating rights of certain groups, he always used all loopholes in US laws. Don't kid yourself: with a fully dominated Republican landscape, there will be open doors for allowing discriminatory acts to go unpunished. Some people say Reagan killed the American dream. Trump will do more than kill the dream; he will cut the dead body into pieces.

On foreign policy, I'm more worried for all allies who watch this mess, especially Japan and South Korea. I can't recall the last time a superpower has planned to pull back diplomatic and military support from that many countries since the fall of the Roman Empire, which only confirmed the end of Rome while ex-colonies were left into the wilderness for a long time.

A Trump presidency will definitely be worse than an Underwood presidency.

What progress do you hate because it hits me hard because my dad who worked for over 40 years didn't have medical insurance (they live in the Deep South and they are true racists there) and now his life was better because of Obamacare (even know it is high) but now he wont have no more insurance and I am scared that anything happens to him or my mother that they don't have the money to cover anything and that is not their faults.

But I hope that Trump follows up because he is doesn't then I will do this hashtag
#youvotedforhimandnowdealwithit

Trump is most likely going to take PA and Arizona, well hello president trump.

Honestly I really don't care.

Fk the DNC for throwing sanders under the bus. They officially tried to play a game of chicken with the voters, by using the flawed candidate hillary clinton, and it bit them in the ass.

I am more than 50% certain that Japan would try to build up its military for real now. It depends on if Trump tried to be in charge, or if he leaves everything to his VP. Japan doesn't really mind a Republican America, but if the former happened rather than latter, Japan would need to take care of itself.

3.6 million votes is not enough? Jesus, there will never be a third party at this rate. Albeit you could argue that the GOP is like two very different parties at once with the Tea Party/Old Rightwing with Trump versus the "normal" Republicans who right now do their best version of kneeling before Trump and hailing him, like Paul Ryan.
