I'm closing this thread for two reasons. First of all, this forum doesn't host this question. Second of all, Fruit Basket is licensed. We don't allow the discussion of how to get licensed anime under any circumstances.

As for Legend of Basara, if it was available on BitTorrent you would see it listed at http://www.animesuki.com/series.php/72.html. Since it isn't listed there, you will have to use Kazaa, eMule, IRC or another form of filesharing to get it. You simply cannot find it on BitTorrent, so please don't bother asking about it on this forum. This is a BitTorrent forum.
