Differences Between Manga and Anime?

Hey i've always wondered if their are any differences between the manga and the anime. I'm wondering will i learn anything new if i read the anime or will i just get another retelling of the same story (i hate finiding that). And while the manga is far ahead of the anime i dont think ill read past the anime itself (i did it with one piece and its really annoying me how long its taking the anime to catch up). Though i do know some of the manga storyline (ran straight into spoilers in wikipedia) is thier anypoint of me reading nearly 210 chapters and reseeing the same storyline again???

There is a small bit of material in the manga that didn't make it to the anime. For instance, you get to see what Orihime's strange day dreams actually are, instead of just seeing her say weird things without provocation. Also, there is a bit more blood. For instance, Jidanbo's arm is cut clean off in the manga instead of just wounded. Finally, Chizuru does more leching after Orihime in the manga.

Other than such little touches, it is pretty near identical. You'll have to decide for yourself if the little things are important to you. I'd recommend reading a few chapters and deciding

there was also a part with GF removeing his mask shortly after his and Ichigo's fight. As well as infomation on the Giaga that Rukia was useing that being made with some highly illeagle abilties, mainly being it was untrackable to SS along with its power draining ablities.

Hi i have a question. The empty positions that Aizen, Tousen and Gin left after they went to Hueco Mondo. Do u think they might be filled temporarily bye their former lieutants?

A few questions concerning Hollows:

Can the reiatsu of a Hollow be sensed by other Hollows or
Spoiler for (just to be on the safe side):

Do Hollows ever fight amonst eachother for no special reason?
Is there a reason some Hollows (Grand Fisher, Shreiker, Acidwire, etc) have special ablities and other don't?

The first Menos we saw was eating other hollows so yes I would say that they will fight each other for little to no reason.

Most hollows have a special ablities although not all are useful.
Spoiler for (about hollow ablities):

Wrong. Uruhara said that Grand Fisher was the most complete Arancar he had ever seen and it was probably made by Aizen. (Of course, the very next episode we see even more complete Arancar, but it doesn't change the validity of his observation.)

Wrong. Grand Fisher wasn't an arrancar when Ichigo first met him. He only became an arrancar in episode 110. Arrancars can be distinguished from regular hollows by the fact that their face is partly visible behind the mask.

Well, no, he didn't. We saw nothing of GF after he was defeated by Ichigo, until he appeared wrapped in bandages in the bottom of a pit in episode 110. Then he ripped off the bandages and he was an arrancar. You can pretend that it happened to him the minute that Ichigo beat him if you like, but since we didn't see any such thing, I choose to believe what Uruhara said.
