Sincerely, the only thing I can complain about this ep is that there is one frame where Koneko's eyes are purple. Aside from that everything was pretty much perfect. And this is not filler, it was written with the help of Ishibumi himself and is being used to further develop Ise's trauma unlike the LN where it was just next to nothing until "BOOM! Here it is!" in v9. |

I will just finish series after it ends... if they dind't go to anime only ending that would kill any chances for next season (if it will ever happens, let's hope it would better adaptation). |

You really don't know the concept of filler if you think like that. Filler is what the studio makes up to make sure the anime doesn't get caught up to the source material in long-running animes. This was something Ishi himself helped to write and aprooved of because it makes the whole Reynare thing less out of nowhere like it did in the LN. It's fixing a huge flaw of the source material. So no, it's not filler.

^lol don't get mad at me ...
I supported this series since season 1 and 2 , and this what I get ? .. maybe for you guys its fine but not for me .. Im enduring this frustration since they decided too change/remove many scene that I looking forward too .. this not what happen in season 1 and 2 there a lot of scene that was been rushed but at least they are loyal to the book.. I know some of Ishibumi's plan since I also reading his blog and twitter ,but you know I still cant accept that .. |

@Sacredus: If you don't even know the correct meaning of what a filler is, your statement is just empty. It's something Ishibumi himself helped to come up with. It's fixing flaws the source material had. Therefore, it's not filler. |

this is why i absolutely hate "source material fags" they want a carbon copy of the adaption rather than a ADAPTION that is able to fix up issues with the source material. this is one of the few rare cases where it actually is fixing things rather than fucking things up. hey guys u still have ur novels so stop crying. this is a 12 episode adaption and its doing a good job at it.
ontopic: i enjoyed this episode as well as the series...rearrange all u want as long as we get the point of what the 3 novels were trying to prove. |

I don't get where you say the source was flawed. In the source the pain that Reynare caused Isse was always there. It just wasn't thrown in your face until volume 10, when the girls finally decided to "heal" Isse. Beyond that, the source flowed naturally, with lots of things happening.
I understand adaptation, but when they completely re-write the story line, that is no longer adaptation. And as such shouldn't be billed as such. |

They didn't "completely re-write the story". They rearranged the events of v5-7 and then fixed one of the flaws of the LN. They can easily make sequels adapting v9 and beyond without changing anything else from the LNs. And of course the source material is flawed. I'm a huge DxD fanboy who has been reading the LN for years, and there are flaws in it. Not as many as the other harem series I've read, but still there are. |

"rearrange all u want as long as we get the point of what the 3 novels were trying to prove" this statement i made was a general statement. if this adaption gets the point of what the three novels are trying to prove them i feel like im not left out of the source material. i never said that "this adaption IS doing that." please dont be intimidating i was just adding on to the statement Chichiryuushintei posted. im well aware u know more about the dxd series more than me so go easy on me. |
