Straight in to the top spot in my list of 'most disturbing anime moment' is Yuuko baring body and soul in episode 6 of ef - a tale of melodies.
A disturbing and extremely gripping sequence.

It was kind of bizarre, but the strangest part of it was Lelouch geassing the Gods. That was a lot to absorb in less than 5 minutes.
