Otherwise I don't see how sasuke can win really if Naruto is able to summon Gamabunta or some comparably large toad.

Wasn't the entire point of that fight is to show that they're equals? I agree with hobo, they both probably would have both died. Whose to say Chidori is a lot harder to use then Ragsengen? It certainly looks like Ragsengan is harder because we never see Sasuke and Kakashi go into deep details about how to control Chidori and stuff. But we get to see whopping 10 or so chapters concerning the Ransegan. Hey this manga is Naruto so what can i say? Who here actually wants to see 10 chapters of sasuke learning Chidori?

Its not the fact that this thread is chalk full of spoilers is the base for my descion it is because the show is called "Naruto" and he is my favorite of all the characters because he gives comic releif and he can pull threw and keep the hits comming when he is most needed.He is those most common characters that can amaze you when you atleast expect it and think they are out for the count.

Naruto would win because he could just tire out Sasuke very easily since keeping up a high speed takes up a lot of stamina and Chidori takes up a lot of chakra and Sharingan drains his chakra up too.

Okay, obviously Naruto will eventually beat Sasuke. It is pretty obvious, Naruto is probably gunna learn another high powered move and knock the socks off Sasuke. Then Naruto would have proved himself, try and get with Sakura(she still won't like him)and become Hokage it is pretty obvious.

Agreed that Naruto having learned the Rasengan is much more impressive than Sasuke having learned the Chidori, since his learning it immediately made Tsunade think that he will someday be hokage. However, I don't think that the Rasengan Naruto does is 'six grades above the second A-rank ultra high'. Naruto needs a clone to focus the weight of the chakra on his hand, which probably makes it significantly easier to do. When he can pop a Rasengan in one hand out of nowhere like Jiraiya, then he will have mastered a jutsu that is six grades above.

Sorry i totally forgot i posted this been busy with work , anyway i think Naruto and Sasuke definately would have killed each other or HURT each other really had kakashi not stopped them like they were powerless, but Rasengan if i remember correct isnt there like 4 lvls of it or something i cant recall what i read, Im hoping naruto accomplishes what the 4th did and learns every lvl of it, also i think Sasuke will copy Kage Bushin eventually and that will be his only help in fighting naruto , unless he can summon big snakes eventually who knows, i love the way this is going and im ready for the new manga chapters to see if these fools DUKE it out, Someone said that they think Naruto will just let sasuke whoop him because he feels for him , haha i seriously doubt that if you remember they both want to beat each others a$s really bad to see whos stronger, so you know Sasuke is probably gonna say something smart and its gonna piss naruto off

If Sasuke copied the chidori from Kakashi with his sharingan (which is how I presume he learned it) then I suppose he could easily copy kage bunshin. With the added chakra of the cursed seal he could probably pull off an enormous ammount of clones.

what the heck do you speak of?

the jutsu is 6 grades above a. you cant change that.

naruto may not be able to perfectly execute the attack, but he still can do the damn attack. whether he does it with one hand or 2 is irrellevant. it just means that more chakra needs to be focused

Because it was mentioned that Sasuke may not be able to copy kage bunshin. I was just saying that I think he can copy it and use it effectivelly. I wasn't comparing it to Naruto's kage bunshin and I didn't say that he can beat Naruto with it. Just stating my opinion on wether he could copy it or not.

If doing a jutsu a different way makes it easier to do, it's not unreasonable to assign it a lower difficulty ranking when its done that way.

Chapter 152, page 13, Jiraiya says Naruto will have to go through a 6-step basis to learn the Rasengan. He's only done three stages, so what he's doing now is not necessarily the same Rasengan as Jiraiya's. It may be that the next stage is learning the swirl on one hand. Also, I'm not sure if this is a typo or not, but in Inane's translation Tsunade calls the technique Naruto uses the Usengan, so this would further support the idea that what Naruto does and what Jiraiya does are not the same.

I believe this was discussed in detail before in a previous thread if you do a search. The consense of that seemed to be:

It's actually a 3 step process and Naruto finished it. However, the move is 6 levels above the next A-rank jutsu move meaning its' very hard to learn. Some people believe it was a translation mistake or simply a mistake (confusion) in the original script. Nevertheless, that may be discovered to be false if you provide further evidence using the original text or some other source as a base

Not much of a spoiler but simply the move is not in the anime yet.
