Dead vs living.
It's still sad and painful seeing dear people who died and fighting them. The worst part is that they still have their memories, but are forced to fight like puppets. Flashbacks were pretty nice and touching.

The war is raging.
Dead vs the living saga continues. Do they really have a chance of winning against the best of the best? Doesn't really matter that they are dead, they're still the best. Naruto will probably be the one to end this war with his fox. Those white clones are becoming problematic too.

Wow lots of people complaining about a few flashbacks. It's Haku and Zabuza, of course there are going to be flashbacks.
Anyway, back to the episode. History repeats itself betweem Kakashi and Zabuza, only this time we have zero emotion from Zabuza. Which goes back to the very first time where his emotions prevented him from cutting down Kakashi because of Haku. loved the touch with the blood tears. Also had to laugh at but also praise how they fix up the sword, it sucks up blood and fixes itself. Suigetsu and Juugo are really loose endsn aren't they? No one seems to know what to do with them now Sasuke has ditched them. Next week of course looks great, Gaara's father is brought back along with the former Raikage and two ninja who have Kyuubi's power. |

I have to say well done on the latest episode. Of course seeing Zabuza and Haku again reminded me of how good the series was early on. Nice to have those two back even for a short while.
A pretty good emotional episode overall. Can't help comparing how Kakashi was saved in both of the fights. The first time by Zabuza hesitating and being emotionally shaken by Haku's sacrifice, to this time being saved because the blade hadn't been fully restored. Even though it means sending them back to their death this is the way it should be. Not being used as fighting dolls that don't care about anything at all. Yeah sure there was a lot of other things going on, but really this episode was really centered around the Kakashi, Zabuza, and Haku situation. Certainly these guys being the first major enemy for Naruto was a blessing. Enemies he could struggle against, but be sad at their loss. I have to say in this case Naruto not being around is just fine. Inserting training segments into the middle of this war all the time would really hurt things.

You can see the anime teams version of their fight from ultimate ninja storm generations..or part of it atleast.
The game had like half hour of anime that seemed pretty cannon if that's possible

The dead still bothering the living *sigh*
Those dead guys really are the best of the best. Numbers of those white clones were also amazing.. So far it looks like that shock is the main feeling that's going around. Their strategies are good, but the real question is will they be strong enough.
