Episode 6:
Nothing exactly revealing with what Raven had to say to Yang and Weiss, except for the fact that The Branwen's ability to transform into birds is magical in nature and were given to them by Ozpin himself. That said it looks like Raven left precisely because she had given up hope on anyone ever succeeding against the Grimm and Salem. And that hug at the end. Just one more person to complete the feels everyone needs, but it was a feels trip nonetheless. But still... hugs! Hugs for all! Spoiler for More Hugs!:

The Week Late Train rolls into Episode 5...
So, basically an exposition episode. I know that the Belladonnas disapprove of the current White Fang's methods, but I feel like a petition is way too far on the other end of the extreme from outright terrorism. Really anemic response to what's going on, and sort of awkward, too. It was like it was just filler before that conversation between Sun and Blake. Several weeks have already passed since Oscar met up with Qrow and the others? I guess there's been a lot of training in there. Oscar freaking out a bit was not what I expected; I get the whole "destiny thrust upon him" thing, but still, seemed like a ham-handed way of showing it in the episode. The faunus brothers just became much more intriguing with the conversations about Adam and that he's the leader "for now." Given this show's penchant for darker themes the last couple seasons, I do get the sense that at least one Belladonna parental figure will bite the dust at some point this season, perhaps in defense of Blake rather than before Blake can rescue them or something. Judging by what's been posted above about episode 6, I am looking forward to more Yang next week after none this week!

Wow, we've gone from two-bit criminals (Miss you, Roman) to dealing with actual assassination plots. Clearly Adam wants to kill as many humans as possible, but the way things stand he's just going to get the Faunus killed or treated even worse than before.
