Lander maid.
She cleans the West Wind Brigade guild house.

She's the one that noted how the Adventurers suddenly started acting like normal people, and talking to her.
They always ignored her like she didn't even exist previous to that.

The Hamelin thugs strips her clothes off, and tells her and Isami how they've already "tested" and know the guards won't react to them violating them.

Isami is the accountant of the West Wind Brigade. She's the samurai wearing a hakama.

I think most of the DTP has the don't mess with me side. Sou I would massacre you and naotsugu would pound you. But shiroe would utterly destroy you that you might as well quit to save yourself.

The Hamelin chaps really get a lot more attention in WWB and HML and not in a way that betters the reputation, don't they?

Yeah, their dickery has REALLY been played up in the manga spinoffs, for sure. Enslaving newbies, getting away with implied rape? Generally being bad people in general? Yep.

The funny thing is that, from what I've learnt from comments here as well as what little of the manga I've seen personally, if one just read the WWB, he would get the impression that "Hey, these chaps are Big Bad material!"

But the impression that the novel reader, one who has no exposure to any of the manga, has of Hameln is that this is a bunch of petty scum that, yes, are pretty awful, but has yet cross the line into more serious criminal acts. It's like a pack of opportunistic backyard bullies who are fairly harmless on their own and is terrible only as the lackeys of greater powers.

Such is very different, imho, from the Hameln we are shown in WWB, brigands no better if not worse than their counterparts in Susukino, people who actually do pose a real threat to their fellow residents. It's easier in any case for the reader to imagine what horrible things these thugs have done to their newbies, in particular to older girls like Isuzu, what with that claim of "success testing" with rape or similar

He's not even the shadow leader. He's bright enough to think of a way to make use of the newbie and their exp pots, which is why Hameln reluctantly receive him in their rank, but once he become too much of a drag with his obssesion with Soujirou, Hameln just left him on his own and take his idea.

  • Main adaptation: 1 volume + 3 more chapters (10 chapters in total). Covers up to Shiroe and Nyanta's chat in episode 6.
  • Honey Moon Log: 17+1 chapters in 3 volumes.
    Spoiler for Progess:

  • West Wind Brigade: 15 chapters in total, with two volumes published. Timeline-wise it's still around Shiroe and co's trip to Susukino.
  • Nyanta(♥)-hancho's Recipe of Happiness: 6 chapters, one volume published =3

Hope I got them right =3

The main Log horizon manga has been in hiatus forever, with the page saying they'll announce when chapter 11 returns. -_-;

Hopefully the anime will do well enough to get people interested in kick starting the manga again.
