I thought she mentioned that herself when she expressed reservations about using her released form - she was concerned it would use up too much of her energy when she'd only just managed to change back into her normal form (and she was right).

It hasn't happened yet, but I'm confident she'll turn back into her normal form again, this time for good.

Noi must be a natural arrancar in this pic because he was fighting on par (almost) with Nel. He also had the help of Szayel, who is also an arrancar. I stick to my original thought which is that Aizen's Hougyoku merely took existing high level arrancars like Noitora, Grimmjow, Ulquiorra, etc. and made them even stronger than their natural state (possibly by giving them the power of resurrection?). He would have then used the hogyouku to created as many new arrancar as he could (which is where all the other fraccions etc. that we've seen up until this point come in...)

He got owned during this most recent fight, yes. But his overwhelming desire to be seen as an equal in her eyes suggests that attaining such a thing was not impossible (as far as he saw it).

As far as being natural arrancar, they have to be since that scene GB posted takes place 100 years in HM's past. LONG before Aizen ever arrived. They are in humanoid form therefore they are arrancar, otherwise they'd still be in animal form like Grimmjow was in his flashback. Make sense?

Aizen got Hogyoku recently while Nel Noi and Szayel have been arrancars for quite some time . So they have to be natural arrancars. The only conclusion from this was Aizen was commanding a natural arrancar espada army before betrayal . That would explain why Metastacia was programmed to appear in HM after death

He was not fighting on PAR with Nel there, he used to get wtfpwned by Nel every time . Noi's main grimace / he was pissed off a woman was a higher rank than him . So he hatched a plan with Szayel to defeat Nel, by catching her off guard using Pesche and Dondo as a distraction (Chapter 294 Pages 5,6,7 and 9)

Power or ressurection is part and parcel with hybridization may it be natural or hogyoku . GF who was a natural arrancar too had power of resurrection .

Maybe I'm wrong, maybe I filled up plotholes with my imagination (happens often, sometimes I can't remember what's canon and what's 'fanfiction'). Maybe I believed it cause I thought it made sense. Whatever, can you direct me to the chapter(s) and page(s) so I double-check?

There has to be something more to it, though. If it was just a matter of being pissed off that a woman ranked higher than him, why didn't he hatch the same plot with Szayel about Halibel? Noi was #8 when Nel was #3, yes? That's a difference of 5 ranks. With Noi at #5, even if Halibel was #1, that would be less difference than that between Nel and Noi. Is the difference between #5 and the current 1/2/3 that much greater than it was in Nel's time?

Whose to say Halibel has been around that long, or even that they knew of one another before Aizen's integration? Grimmjow's flashback bit suggests that HM was a lonely existence for the arrancar before he joined them. Not a whole lot of camaraderie there...

We can speculate, just maybe Halibel is a VL and Noi clearly knows she is out of his league . Or maybe even Aizen . But for Nel, its just Noi being sexist both the translations I have say the same thing
