Heres my newest desktop ^.^ Any criticism?

^You sure like your icons big (not that its bad thing or something).

Well this is really the final version non of the images i found where really on my liking for what i had in mind so i made a vector of Rei:

how did you get those icons? what system do you use?

Well OS is windows 7 X64 (i also have XP in dual boot but that's just for playing old games well mainly Brave Soul actually), taskbar is on the top side set to autohide, the icons (except for the graphics part which are custom made dunno atm if i'm gonna release them or not) are default, i just used a layout i made with photoshop for my desktop to make it look more like an unconventional dock and have a bg for the icons.

I can't stand icons on my desktop, especially big ones.
But, if you like those the way they are and it looks nice to you ; You should keep it

Brave Soul does work in windows 7 so you don't need a dual boot just for that.

I use Launchy, so I don't really have any issue with trying to find app icons. So much better than a dock imo.

Yeah it works but how it works is a different thing, 1st you need to kill explorer cause with it you keep on having flickering second no music cause it uses midi.
